This is for the bands only. I bought them as a replacement for worn out bands and already had the handles and other accessories. The text of the item mentions “bands only.”

Hi. Each band is 54 inches from end of clip to end of clip. The actual band is 45 inches long

What does the "limited lifetime warranty" mean? if the bands snap, will they be replaced for free?

Yes, they wiil replace them for free. You will pay only shipping cost. They will snap after some years but the inner cord works like a charm.
