This is a fantastic product. Metal quality is excellent and once assembled it is stable. Assembly took about 5 minutes. The chrome finish looks great in the kitchen. I used this to add extra storage space in a kitchen closet - perfect fit, the dimensions were exactly as stated. The quality is well worth the price, this is much better than the thin wire shelf extenders I has seen in the past. It is very easy to select your height AND I bought 2 shelves which very easily stacked on top of each other with a solid connection. Perfect storage solution offering multiple heights.

Well made, stable and came with all the parts. Very simple to set-up with no tools and it fit perfectly inside my large 30" shelf. It would been even better if there was a sheet included to put on top so it is easy to slide the items placed on shelf.

Anyone with an RV knows storage must be used very wisely. So being able to maximize a finite amount of storage space is ideal. This shelf was a perfect fit in our Passport 3350BH travel trailer cabinet above the kitchen sink. The dimensions of the shelf is as described (30" L x 14" W x 15" H). I had it installed in less than 30 minutes with the majority of that time being fighting with getting the darn thing out of the box ~don't even ask- The adjustable feet on the shelf made it fit very snug from top to bottom in the cabinet so the shelf won't shift or slide while the trailer is in tow. The shelf seems sturdy but it will not be a major load bearing shelf the way I am using it so weight capacity is not a big deal for me. It is not a heavy shelf either so no worries on whether it will put you over your GVWR. It allows me to use the cabinet storage to its fullest potential. This is exactly what I wanted and needed in this space. I'm a very happy camper and think this shelf should come standard in this RV because seriously it is a perfect fit!

These shelves are essentially a copy of the shelving units made by Seville Classics (of which I have many) but are neither as large, as heavy nor as sturdy. However, that said, they are also not as big. While there is no way these shelves, in my opinion, could hold 200 pounds per shelf (the Seville Classics shelves are more realistic being rated at 75 pounds each when on casters and more than that when not) these units have their place. They are reasonably sturdy for kitchen or bath use and even light to moderate garage or closet use. Pros: *Good height *Not too heavy *Reasonably sturdy *Convenient *Easy to move *Easy to assemble and disassemble *Additional shelves available *Legs for multiple units can be screwed together with provided hardware to make for a taller unit *Adjustable height shelves *Legs can be shortened with a hacksaw if needed Cons: *Highly over-rated as far as weight capacity. *If items are very heavy that are being placed on the shelves, care must be taken to distribute the weight. Don't, for example, put a 50 pound dumbbell right in the middle and expect the shelf to hold for very long. One very important thing to note is, as with the Seville Classics shelves, the clips that attach to the legs and that the shelves actually rest on have an "up" marking on them. If both clips are not in the "up" position when placed onto the legs, the unit will not go together properly and will seem wobbly and insecure. Likewise, the shelves themselves have to be placed onto the legs correctly. Be sure the lip on the shelves face down so that the holes that the legs slide into seat down onto the clips. If you don't follow these instructions, you will believe that the unit is insecure. It isn't. I have a very large completely open cabinet above my refrigerator. I put this unit in that cabinet with the shelf as high as it will go. On it I have many bags of flour, sugar, etc. and it isn't going anywhere. It has made using this cabinet something other than a big pain. I've been looking for something to use in a very large bottom cabinet to use for pots, pans, skillets and so forth. I intend to get another unit with extra shelves to place at varying heights and solve that mess problem, too. So, in sum, if you need truly heavy duty, get the Seville Classics if you have the space for them. If light duty will do, these are really good, especially for the price.

I looked for a long time for an over the sink dish drainer. The measurements of my sink and the distance between the counter and the over the sink cabinets made all of them unacceptable. I started looking for other options and then I saw this. I have purchased Whitmor products in the past and have been decently happy with them and this is no exception. Being able to assemble the shelf and choose the height made this my best alternative. I assembled the shelf, a couple of rings from the top of the poles, which gave me perfect height to set my dish drainer on top and fit dishes and even pans in the drainer. There is extra room beside the drainer that allows me to put jars, wide mouth water bottles, etc upside down to drain directly into the sink. I also purchased some hooks YiwerDer 20-Pack Polished Metal Steel Clip Type Hanging Hooks, Holds up to 10 lbs (Small Size) to attach in strategic places to hang my measuring cup and spoons and my dish brush. I also was able to use a removable s-hook OPCC 20 PCS Stainless Steel Silver Color Extra Small Size Heavy-duty Steel S-hooks for Plants, Gardening Tools, black Enamel Coated Metal, Holds up to 40 Lbs. Includes Installation Hardware Designed for Any Kitchen+1PCS Opcc Sticky Notes to use to hang pouches of cheesecloth for draining. Binder clips ACCO Binder Clips, Medium, 2 Boxes, 12/Box (A7072050) or something similar make it easy to dry freshly washed cheesecloth, dish rags, etc over the sink as well. TLDR: This multi-purpose shelf allows me to efficiently use "air space" in my kitchen, keeping my counters clear and free to use to actually prepare meals.

High quality, I have purchased several. They are good quality material, easy to assemble, don't rust and are very sturdy. I use these in multiple ways. My 1st one was to place underneath kitchen cabinets to stack pots and pans. This allows me a 2-tiered shelf to stack/store pots and pans that is strong and deep enough to store them efficiently. Used others within closets for shoes and in a linen closet to store hand towels underneath and washcloths on top. I've stacked them 2 high, but haven't tried higher than that, though I'm certain you could stack at least up to 3 without impacting the integrity. Just wish they weren't so expensive...

We bought a smaller one-shelf unit to raise the height of our microwave to better read the display. It was easy to assemble and serves well. We purchased the same brand again when we needed a small 3-shelf unit for kitchen storage. The three-shelf unit had been returned and repackaged, but it contained everything we needed. Some of the protective caps on the shelf holes were broken, but this was not an issue since they are only protection for shipping. One shelf was slightly bent in one spot, but we were able to fix it. Also one wire of the shelf was not welded to the side frame. My husband wired it so that it had the support it needed. Assembly was fairly easy. The hardest part was deciding on shelf heights. The unit we bought was rated to hold 400 lbs per shelf. I'm not sure it is quite that sturdy, but it should serve our needs well.

This metal one-tier shelf is exactly what I needed for my classroom! I placed it on the counter behind my teacher desk, and it has given me the extra storage space I was looking for. Well I decided to go with the Whitmor 6054-585 Supreme Wide Stacking Shelf in Chrome finish. I needed a particular metal stand that is first strong, second looking elegant, and third was relatively compact for the use I wanted in my music studio room. Complete assembly of the stand took less than 10 minutes! Fantastic and very easy. I needed this stand to elevate my electric guitar "speaker cabinet" off of the floor to aid in room sound dynamics. The cabinet has dual 12" diameter speakers in it and weighs about 70 pounds. To my surprise, the Whitmor stand carries the weight with ease! It is not wabbly or weak in any which way. I trust this stand with my custom hand made $1400 speaker cabinet...and it looks great in my music studio. Also, I was able to slide a box of vinyl records under the Whitmor stand as well !! I am thinking about buying a couple more of these due to the good quality and knowing now how strong they are and can be used for many purposes. Happy buyer here, 5 stars !

I am not a prepper but I love canning/preserving food for humans and for the dogs. Space was an issue. These shelves have saved the problem.

I always struggled with the limited counter space in my kitchen. We bought 2 of these and stacked them together, they now hold 1 breadmaker, 1 big kitchen mixer, 1 slow cooker, a couple large pots, a stack of dishes and Tupperware while underneath there is enough room for our microwave oven. They are also really sturdy so I do not have to worry about them collapsing.
