Is the garlic from China?

Is there lead in these? Why the warning?

I can't give you a definitive answer on this. However, I believe that to be a warning that is required by the state of California for that type of product. I used to work in a natural food store, and have used Solgar products for decades, including this product. Solgar is absolutely one of the best supplement manufacturers in the industry. The quality of their products is second to none. I don't believe that Solgar would produce a supplement that would have any measurable amounts of lead in it. They do a lot of testing to ensure a pure and safe product. For what it's worth, I have been using this item for many years and am very happy with it.

Could I puncture a perle and apply the oil to my scalp?

The pearls are small, about half the size of a pea, but there is liquid in them so yes. You would need a lot of pearls.
