Light didn’t work and by trying to hit it a few times on a hard surface I think it broke 😢 can you advise what you can do please?

I've had 2 broken ones sent to me that didn't flash at all they seem to have a habit of sending faulty items as this is the 2nd broken one I've had! Won't refund me unless I can print a label but no ups down here and I have no printer so felt robbed as was a gift

Can you get refills for this pen??

Could probably just take the insides out of any regular biro and swap them out. Thats all this one is, a glorified biro with a light up rubber ball on the end.

Can the pen be turned off? Or the battery be removed?

The light will only activate for a short while when triggered with a flick, tap or knock on its head. The light will turn off on its own. We do not recommend removing the batteries as this will damage the product.

Doesn’t look new

Absolute rubbish

Very very poor, broken hair bits, doesn't appear to light up. Couldn't be bothered to return, but won't be buying from the company again. Cheap and nasty..

Is there a option for 0 stars?

This product came with a black layer around it that needed to be scraped off. The light didn't work and when i took is apart i saw that the light was cracked even tho i didn't use it. There is barely any ink and runs out after a couple uses. DO NOT BUY.

Looks Used!

Arrived with dust and fluff stuck to it and had a missing bit of " hair" in the most obvious place, right on top of the head. It looked second hand. Was supposed to be a little extra gift for my niece's birthday, but not fit to give to anyone. Waste of money!

Doesn't work

Pen doesn't light up, like many other people have tried hitting it off a hard surface as per instructions many times. Contacted manufacturer and they said they can't do anything has to be through amazon. Amazon need you to package it back up and then return it which is far too much hassle. Shame

Filthy, and can’t wash it 😡

This was meant to be a stocking filler for a child. It had grubby black stuff on it when I got it. It was quite disgusting so I washed it off (which took a bit of doing, incidentally!) and now the silicone ‘tentacles’ are all stuck together. Lame.

Saw a few reviews where people had got similar but decided to chance it. I've not gone for a replacement as I'm genuinely quite concerned this is burnt/melted and potentially really unsafe for kids.
