Most fruit has citrus acid like oranges, lemons, grapefruit, all fruit juices, etc. I can eat or drink them once in a while by taking a Nature Made 1000 PILL every single day. If I feel one sore coming on even though I can’t see it, then I stop all fruit and start taking 2 pills for 1 to 2 days and then continue with 1 pill daily. YES, THEY ARE HUGE PILLS BUT I CHOPPED THEM UP INTO A ‘POWDER’ AND THEY HAVE WORKED GREAT FOR ME. I ADVISE YOU TO FINE YOUR OWN ROUTINE. Hope this helps. Good value for money; hardly any smell.

I bought it to help me with cold sore on my lip, be aware that's a pretty big pills and you need to take 3 to help with cold sore

Haven’t really used them for their intended use because I haven’t had a cold sore yet BUT these are the BIGGEST pills I have ever seen! I have to either cut them up into 6 pieces or crush them. I tried cutting in half and scratched my throat going down and had to chug a bunch of water to completely go down. That was a traumatic experience so from now on cut into 6 tiny pieces or crushed in powder form.

Great product! Cold sore was cured within 2-3 days. Tablets are rather large but totally worth it for the rapid results.

This stuff saved my life. Well not actually but I used to have horrible cold sore break out throughout the year. They were painful and embarrassing. Then when I found out this helps prevent them I have not had a break out in 20 years. Now with the prime subscription I never run out because they come to the house before I run out.

Thugh the tablet is big in size but it easily goes..... Super technology... It's totally different quality... When I consume I feel really good and great 👍👍👍👍

Works great and the capsule size isn't humongous as some here say. It's large but manageable
