Tasty, great texture, easy digestion
These oats are good. Takes a bit of time of course to cook but has a good taste of it's own even without sugar and creates a great creamy texture. Easy to digest as well, and keeps me full for quite a while.

Overall best for healthy and convenient breakfast options
Extraordinary quality of rolled oats with no dirty residues and clean packaging. The oats cooks well in around 5-10 minutes in boiling milk and they fulfill the morning satiety . Fiber content is decent as compared to the refined grains that we eat . And can be used along with whey protein in morning for breakfast options. I was bit confused on available breakfast options couple of days ago , but then I bought this and now I am very satisfied with the product. I would recommend anyone who is gonna purchase oats should buy a good branded oats so that they should be free of contamination and dirt.

Why I’ve Been Choosing True Elements Rolled Oats Since 2024!
I discovered True Elements Rolled Oats in early 2024 & have been eating them now and then for breakfast. The quality is top-notch.I have been suffering from chronic GERD since 2019 and never really knew how to deal with it. My morning breakfast mainly consisted of milk tea and biscuits, or bread sometimes. However, after graduating from high school & preparing for college, I wanted to get back to a healthier lifestyle. I did a lot of research & came across rolled oats. They are very gentle on the stomach &, in my experience, suitable for GERD, so I started eating them without sugar, just boiled or sometimes with UHT low-fat milk. At first, the bland taste felt very strange, but I soon got used to it.I hope True Elements continues to maintain this level of quality for years to come.

Too hard to chew
Its too hard even after soaking. Yogabar oats gets softer very quick relatively.
