I bought this safe for my home and can't be more than happy of what I got. This safe is really tough, sturdy, secure and well built. I have not have an issue with it at all and the concern that one person had about seeing the reset button that is true cause of the light inside it. I can say this you don't have to worry about someone using the reset button and resetting it I tried and it don't work without the keys and if for some freaky reason someone does they still need the keys to reset the code and open it so this isn't a real issue at all for me and if it bothers you disconnect the light so you or anyone else see's it at all. The other issue people complain about some of the material used isn't glued down. I believe this is intentional for some reason but even this isn't a good enough reason for me not to buy and put as a negative review is stupid and if it bothers you that much glue it down but still not an issue. Me personally I go with the security of the safe and this bad boy is no joke when it comes to security. I like the idea that you have to use a laser cut key and code to get in so if any tries to get in with just a code it will not open and if you forget your code or the batteries die on you before you replace them you got a second key that is the emergency key that allows you to open the safe with both keys which is a really big deal to me and my wife. Then it has really thick vertical and horizontal locking bars for extra security and sturdiness. last but least and in my opinion don't hesitate to buy this safe it's well worth it

Very nice product and the customer service is remarkable.i had accidentally locked the key inside the safe before setting up the access code and customer service is absolutely awesome. They responded very fast and that too on the weekend and sent me the master key free of charge and I could open the safe.I would highly recommend this product . Great job🙏👏👏👏👏👏👏

First, I would call this more of a safe box than an actual safe. I waited about six weeks from when this safe box arrived till I reviewed it to give myself time to give it a thorough trial. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase. There are several things potential buyers should be aware of.1) The quality control of the interior leaves much to be desired. Case in point is the very poor way the covering is attached to the inside of the bottom of this safe box. The covering arrived peeling away from the inside. While this didn't really bother me, it points to very poor quality control and sloppy workmanship.2) The door actually comes off! I discovered this when I tried to effect repairs on the covering mentioned in the previous point. I tipped the safe box over to better access this area when the door actually fell off. It's designed to come off, apparently. The hinges are held in place by the weight of the door itself (which is hefty). I'm not sure if this could compromise the contents. I personally doubt it, as you'd need much more clearance. The only reason the door came off was due to me intentionally tipping the safe over as I attempted to repair the covering. The door popped right back into place - but it did surprise me a great deal. I'd recommend the manufacturer secure the hinges in next upgrade.3) At about 60 pounds, you are getting an item that could easily be carried off even if the safe box is fully loaded - granted you'd need two people, but it could be done. Potential buyers should be aware of this. You can bold it to the floor or to the wall. In my case, living in an apartment, this is not a good option for me. I would not keep anything of really high value in this safe box.4) Because of the weight issue just addressed, this safe box WILL NOT be a 'one-size fits all' solution. It is, I believe a very good solution for individuals like myself who live in apartments and don't want to damage walls/floors by attaching this with the provided bolts.-- For me, this safe box fit my needs because I don't live in a high crime area and there are other security precautions in place in the apartment. I also balanced my expectations on this safe box by considering price, storage capacity and weight. Where I living in a house, my choice would have been a much heavier safe with perhaps bigger capacity, but this would have cost two or three times as much. I consider this safe box a reasonable accommodation to my housing circumstances.5) Capacity. This is one area where this safe box exceeded my expectations. It is quite roomy, especially if you remove the shelf, you can get a surprisingly large amount of things inside it. First, there is a box 8.1 inches by 3.5 inches on top that you can hold things inside for added safety. ADDED BONUS: there is another area that you can store items in. The very bottom shelf lifts up and you have an additional compartment about 10 X 14 inches and about two inches high. If you look at the first three pictures, you will see the first one with this lower shelf lifted up. The second shows the shelf installed. The third photo gives you an idea of what you can store inside this area if desired.6) Price - For the capacity you get, the price is quite good. Actual safes in the 2 cubic feet range will run you at least twice the cost of this safe box. Granted, a regular safe will have added security features and a lot more weight.7) Variety of locking features. You can set this safe box to need access with just keys or just by combination. I like that you can set your own combination, which I did with ease. There is even a audible alarm that sounds for about 30 seconds if 3 bad attempts are made at entry. It's not all that loud, however. My alarm clock is louder than this audible alarm.8) Overall security: Look, I bought this accepting that it had limitations. I consider it a good safe box, not a safe. I wouldn't use it to store anything of high value. I do use it to store some computer flash drives, papers, and moderately valuable coins in my collection. I would not recommend this to store firearms, but it could be used for this purpose. I suggest consulting storage requirements in your State or country if you intend to use it this way. It would NOT be compliant with the State of California requirements. I don't believe it be too difficult to break into this safe box if a determined thief wants to get at it, they will find a way to do it. Of course, the same is true with almost all home safes. If used in conjunction with a security system in the house/apartment, it offers adequate protection.BOTTOM LINE: Understand the limitations of this lock box BEFORE buying. I still would recommend it AS LONG as these limitations are understood. I found it a good compromise between price, capacity and security for my living situation.

Pretty nice safe for the money. I imagine like any safe in this price range, its not stopping a real burglar with time but any quick theif, or roomates with curious fingers definitely arent getting in. The code was simple to program (i only did one) and worked everytime after initial setup. No issues with keys or anything weird. Moderately weighted. I was able to pick it up and move it around but I couldnt have run anywhere with it either. Inside is alot bigger then I pictured. Shelf is pretty secure. The reset button is small and recessed into the door on the one I got.If I had to list some cons, the plastic door on the interior lock box is pretty lame.I intended to reline it myself based off reviews but my liner isnt too bad really. Minus the lockbox liner that was literally just folded and in the box, the liner is pretty smooth and attached. For me its the smell. Its probably the strogest chemical smell Ive been around in a long time. Legitimately made me a little nauseous during setup. (Im airing it out now)Not bad just really really strong like polyurethane or something.The emergeny power box does feel pretty flimsy but dont really intend needing it.And lastly the light is an absolute novelty which is fine because it runs off the main batteries and I dont really particularly want them powering anything other then the lock. So there is the need to buy a separate light if you want light that lights up your contents.Overall for the cost it appears to be a great deal. I literally just set it up and transfered stuff into it. On initial setup Im pretty satisfied though. Long term waits to be seen.

CURRENT: Amazon rectified the problem by sending me another safe with all 3 sets of keys. The safe is a good safe for condo, apt, or home. Several optional methods to open safe; some options have multi-factor combinations such as two keys or code & key. Company still needs to pick up previous safe. I would recommend this safe.PREVIOUS: Who sells a safe with missing keys? I will change my review if TigerKing Support sends me a set for the safe. They are a safe company and should QA and Inspect all their products before shipping. The safe is not the top of the line, but it functions what I need it to do. The price is a little higher for the same type of safes, but I am new to the area and Amazon delivered so it seemed like a good choice at the moment. Until I opened and did not receive all of the sets of keys. The inside money safe was missing its keys. The rest of the features of the safe are pretty good. There is no difference of Master Code and User Code, except that you could have two sets of codes to open a safe. Good looking safe. Not the best, but decent interior. Could use a little more glue for materials to stick better.

Ordered this during the recent Amazon Prime sale at about 40% off list price. Some of the reviews were not good but I was pleasantly surprised. The safe was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.Note-- The safe is heavy and easier to move in the shipping box with handles precut in the packaging. It would be best to unpack it in the area where it will be placed. Just my 2c. I am not planning to drill anchor holes or anything. I will simply use it to keep kids away from stuff they should not be touching.The combination of keys, touchpad, and interior key systems provide all the security I need.I am not using this for storage of the Crown Jewels and this safe is not really designed for that.This safe is not fireproof or waterproof but feels very sturdy. You'll need 8 AA batteries in total. Four for the safe keypad and four for the backup battery pack. All of this explained in the directions that come in the box. There are also TigerKing videos online that explain how to set things up as well.

Was debating between a fire safe or a burglary safe and decided to go with the TigerKing burglary safe because it had solid reviews and I really wanted something with a bit more space for the money.....and I could always insert any cash, cards or critical docs into fireproof siliconized containers and place in the safe.This safe delivers. Programming the codes was very simple and I found the instructions easy to follow. Some reviewers indicated trouble following instructions but I had no issues.My safe was delivered in a very sturdy box with roughly half inch corrugated cardboard in addition to styrofoam protecting the front electronics. No damage, no dings or scratches.Some have mentioned the reset button could be seen through the crack on the door. If the light is on inside (which shouldn’t exceed 10 seconds until auto-off), maybe you could see it but in my safe, the door tolerances were so tight I can’t see how anyone could see it unless they used a 1mm fiber optic lense with a light to squeeze through the crease and even then I don’t see how it could be pressed effectively.This safe does have a couple setbacks but no show stoppers for me. The lining (some described as wallpaper here) is somewhat thick but adhesive was a little weak on the wraps and I may need to help it set a little better so it holds. Also, I like the idea of an interior light but it was dim (granted it is running off same batteries as combination pad.All in all, I’d recommend it. Oh, and hang onto your instructions. You’ll probably need to refer to them in the future for any resets or manual entry.

Great looking, quality safe. Bolting this to the floor and two walls (extra work required above and beyond what the manufacturer includes parts for), the six 1" (+/-) live locking dead bolts (4 on the door opening side, one on top and one on the bottom of the door), the heavy duty metal top, bottom and walls (3 to 4 times thicker than the ©Sentry safe we used previously) make this a very reasonable safe for the price (under $300 including shipping). Is it Fort Knox? Absolutely not. If you need something that secure, buy an American made safe that is delivered and installed by professionals - which will cost you well about $1,000, a lot more.We have added fireproof and H2O proof document bags for keeping our necessary documents, cash, precious metals, etc. The combination of these along with the safe is good enough for anything shy of what we store in the safe deposit bank at the credit union.It is a fun little safe, easy to install, set up and operate. I honestly do know understand why the good reviews about this cheap safe. Now only I was send the wrong colour. It is also made with very cheap material , not sturdy and master key is made with cheap plastic. Oh my god !!! It takes me 10 tries to open the safe each time !!! Unbelievably cheap quality.
