The charger worked great, but over a short time, the cord wires on the computer end raveled and stopped working. The cord is wrapped with a soft material which I really liked for ease of movement. I am aware that my laptop gets a lot of use and is moved around a lot, but I didn't expect the cord to unravel so quickly. If you regularly use your computer on a desktop, I think this cord would work fine!

It didn't work, but it fit. I guess my computer took a dive into cave of no longer working land.

This is hands-down the most catastrophically defective USB C-charger product I have ever had the misfortune of purchasing in my entire life. I was foolish enough to buy not one, not two, but THREE of these glorified paperweights in the span of six months; and every single one of them failed before that period was even up. Every. Single. One. The internal wiring is crap and a joke. To even get it to charge, you have to perform what can only be described as a bizarre ritual: twist the cable like you're wringing out a wet towel, hold your breath, set it down with the delicacy of a bomb disposal expert, and then sit there and STARE at it like a hawk because the second you look away, it stops charging entirely. This is a USB cable — not a science experiment. This company is manufacturing garbage and selling it at full price with zero accountability. The materials are so cheap it's almost insulting. I wouldn't use this cable to charge a calculator. I am demanding a full refund, and I will NEVER touch anything made by this brand again. Do yourself a massive favor; run in the opposite direction, spend a few extra dollars, and buy from a manufacturer that actually respects their customers. This product is a complete and utter disgrace.

What a life-saver after realizing that I left mine at home after arriving in Cincinnati from Las Vegas and needing the charger to do work. I'm so very grateful to Amazon, the seller, and the driver!

Disappointing as the connection is loose, so it only charges when in a specific position and needs jiggling around to try and get it to connect. It frequently comes loose and stops charging.
