Fleuss Men's Automatic Dive Watch – Miyota 8215 Movement, 43mm Stainless Steel Case, 150m Water Resistant, Leather Strap, SP-5055

This is my first Spinnaker wristwatch and I am impressed. It is well designed and seems very much built to last. The indicies along with the Spinnaker name are applied on the dial providing dimension and distinction. The "oxblood" dial is admirable. Depending on lighting and angle, it can appear as a deep cherry through to a dark maroon. There is an antique toned lume applied to the hands and indicies that glows well enough for viewing the time in the dark. The timepiece came with a nice leather strap. However, I decided to replace it with a tropical style band from Straphabit. In my opinion, the watch has a rich, vintage appearance. The movement maintains fairly accurate time gaining only around five to ten seconds per day. Overall, this is a first rate wristwatch that looks and feels more expensive than it actually is.

This is a great watch for the price. The case is well assembled, there is no backlash, there are slightly sharp edges, but they are not critical. The main problem with this watch is the lume. At night, the watch is almost impossible to use, it collects very little light and retains it for a very short period of time. You will see the lume only when you move from a bright room to a dark one and for a fairly short period of time. This is the only thing in which this watch completely loses to its competitors from China. The second problem is the color of the strap which is completely different from the one in the product photo, it is much lighter and has a different shade, if you want to understand what the strap will look like, look for Spinnaker Fleuss SP-5055-0H. But up to $200, this is probably the best automatic watch, unless we're talking about Chinese watches.

I wanted something that came in a leather band and was dressy, but not too dressy. I don't really like most watches that are classified as dressy as they are kinda boring. The Fleuss looks and feels great. It's comfortable and the leather band is good for being a stock band. My only complaint is that the disk is kinda hard to turn compared to my Sekio arnie and Orient Kamasu. It's very hard to get something this good in this price range.

Overall the watch is mostly ok - solid construction and decent components and craftsmanship. However, the bezel does not align with the dial. I have much cheaper Chinese watches that are of higher quality. I understand you can’t expect too much at this price point, but other brands (Addiesdive, Watchdives, Pagani) offer as high quality for less money. I’ll be keeping the watch, but this will be my only Spinnaker purchase.

Amazing automatic watch for the price. I got the orange and blue version and Out of all the watches I own I've gotten the most compliments on this watch by far the color of the dial and bezel Is beautiful in person. My only concern is the bezel that you turn is made out of crystal I'm assuming and therefore is pretty fragile for a dive watch. When I ordered this watch the first time it actually was delivered with the bezel shattered to where I had to return it and get a new one. The second one arrived in perfect condition though and I haven't had any issues with it whatsoever.

It's a perfect watch for the summer. I bought a blue silicone band. The leather band it came with was also nice, but I wanted blue. The bezel is glass and I broke it hitting it on a stair handrail. Spinner replaced it no questions asked.

Absolutely stunning watch, especially for the price. I have not stopped wearing it since I received it. The feel is nice and sturdy without being too heavy, and the size is perfect. I'm a big guy and have very large wrists and hands, and this band actually fits around my wrist. It might be a bit large if you have small wrists. I have to say, I have nothing but love for this watch. The material feels like quality, the size is perfect, and the esthetics...incredible. Easily one of the prettiest watches in my collection. I also like that i can wear it casually or in a formal occasion. Absolutely gorgeous watch. Do yourself a favor and get it.

WOW, Great solid watch. Almost forgot I was not wearing my Tudor. Great value for a watch the feels like the higher end watch brands. Glad I added this to my collection.

Calidad fuera de duda. Es la marca de relojes de la que debería tener al Menos una pieza cualquier aficionado. La combinación de colores es maravillosa.

Ich bin über einen Blogbeitrag von chrononautix auf die Uhr aufmerksam geworden und habe mich näher damit beschäftigt. Ich kann sagen, dass sie ein Traum ist! Ich hab das mitgelieferte Band allerdings gegen ein Segeltuch Armband getauscht, aber das ist reine Geschmackssache. Auf jeden Fall ist sie sehr hochwertig verarbeitet, läuft einwandfrei und für diejenigen die ein Fable für Vintage Taucheruhren haben, ist sie eindeutig ein Armschmeichler. Verbaut ist ein stabiles Seiko NH35 Automatikwerk, dass bekanntermaßen präzise läuft. Darüberhinaus erhaltet ihr eine Uhr mit Saphirglas und einem schönen Glasboden durch das ihr den verzierten Rotor sehen könnt. Die Gangreserve ist mit 41 Stunden angegeben und bisher hat sie mich auch noch nicht enttäuscht. Ich bin sehr überzeugt von der Uhr und spreche auf jeden Fall eine Kaufempfehlung aus 👌

This is a very nice looking watch, much better than in the photos. The quality and finish is excellent and befitting of a watch three times the price. I have several Spinnaker watches and they haven't disappointed yet. Highly recommended.
