Love this hands free option for my spectra! The suction is great so I get good milk output and the collection cups are perfectly big enough without being obnoxious. I was going back and forth between this and a cheaper option I saw but I’m so glad I went with this! Overall points: -great suction -perfect size -comfortable -easy to clean -no leaking -works with spectra and other pumps Only thing I wish is that the tubing was longer but it’s not a big deal for me!

Update* - just make sure you take them apart and remove the duck bill valve to get the little bit of extra milk that gets caught in there. Every drop counts for me! I absolutely love these cups. Though I have a pumping bra to support the spectra cups, these are great because they're not hitting into anything. I also haven't noticed any spilling if I need to bend over for any reason. They fit comfortably in my bra and feel secure without being bulky or awkward. I use them with my Spectra S1 Plus breast pump and they work perfectly, no issues with compatibility or suction. Output has been just as good. Overall, I’m really happy with them and would definitely recommend if you’re looking to make pumping more flexible and less restrictive.

I love these! I use them with my Specta S1 and they work amazingly. It makes me feel a lot less exposed while pumping, especially if I dont have a pumping bra to wear. Very comfortable and the suction is great!

Absolutely love these!! The best purchase. I was hesitant bc I’ve literally spent hundreds on pumping accessories to make my spectra comfortable but his was what I needed all along. No huge awkward collection cups or flanges that don’t fit to my breasts correctly. Easy assembly and comfortable fit. I can actually lean back while pumping now. These are the best and I’ve tried pumpin pals and maymom accessories. Totally worth the money.

I absolutely love these cups. I have a mild oversupply so the bottles that come with my spectra always overflow and the flange lid always falls off so it’s super inconvenient for me during my first pumping session at work. The spectra bottles/flanges also stretch out my bras when I use the bra hack making them uncomfortable and stretched out to the point I have to buy more. These cups hold almost all of my milk and pull the exact same as the regular flanges with spectra. These are so much more comfortable and you can walk around without worrying about the lid falling off or without spilling (with the spectra pump). I use these for all of my pumping sessions now vs the regular pump parts that come with the spectra. I bought these out of possibly being more convenient and I am so glad I did. I pump 3x a day at work and nurse when I’m home for reference. My morning pump is usually 12+ ounces and they hold around 8 ounces before spilling out.

Arrived very quickly, Good product Comfortable to use, easily connects to any pump motor, the milk doesn’t spill, and it’s easy to transfer the milk into a storage bag. Fits perfectly inside the bra.

These pumps are amazing, I definitely wouldn’t have been able to carry on expressing without them as having your hands free during those first weeks is vital in my opinion! I use them with my spectra pump, massage mode (the bacon looking button), cycle C5, vacuum 3 for 30 minutes and I have a great supply from this, I don’t use my handheld flanges at all anymore! Obviously everyone is different so use the settings that work and feel right for you. It’s very important to note that the right bra is really really important for using these. I used an ill fitting bra once and got half what I usually do! I suggest a nursing bra that fits snugly but not tightly around your ribs and adjust your straps so that the cups are pressed comfortably yet firmly against you. And if you can afford it, I suggest buying two sets. It’s an absolute lifesaver for those nightly pumps. Before bed have both sets clean and built, then in the night you can just get up, pop them on, empty them and then go to bed and not have to do any washing up for your next pump!
