Have had this backpack for 8 months and it's a daily use backpack carrying 30lbs. It's still in great condition. Usually carrying heavy weights my backpacks do not last long at all. My zippers are in great condition still, no tips. Very durable. It's extremely spacious with many pockets to hold all the random stuff you need to carry. The straps are extremely comfy and have great padding. Very accessible and I get asked where I got it from. The black has not faded at all as well. I would highly recommend this backpack.

It's great... its big.. it has lots of pockets... lots of zippers... you can put lots of stuff in it.... you can just put a few things in it.... you can just put one thing in it... you can not put anything in it and just carry it around anyway.... you can get confused going through all the zippers and pockets trying to remember which one your stuff is in.... it does the job.... it does what it does.... keeps on doing til the job is done... it really does.... it really doesn't matter..... it will do it.... it will be done.....but it doesn't end..... it couldn't possibly end.... the possibilities are endless..... endless possibilities..... possibilities that never end.... seriously they never end... no end in sight... sightless... endless.... endlessly without sight....never even saw it coming.... Definitely wont be seeing it ending.... endless, man.... Never-ending endless possibilities that just never end.... its scary if you really think about it..... possibilities.... the kind that require a backpack sometimes... endless possibilities stuffed into endless pockets and zippers... it is what it is.... it gets things done..... it makes sense in a world full of senselessness... senseless things... senseless people.... senseless acts... senseless people doing senseless acts with senseless things.... it doesn't make sense sometimes... its completely senseless... its senselessly complete.....it completes all... it completes itself... its completely selfless.... it has no self....selflessly unselfed.... selfless, senseless, endless possibilities that never end... its truly completely selflessly senseless.....completely complete... it completes everything without the complete sense of self.... its the way it is... its the way it goes.... it comes and goes... its here and there.... its there for you when you need it.... its not there when you forget to bring it... its lost when you can't remember where you left it.... its a damn shame.... but above all... its a backpack.... This backpack is GREAT!! I got it for its dimensions for an international travel carryon to maximize cubic inches (AerLingus, to be exact). I stuffed it full, and along with my medium sized Lug bag, I could’ve gone full carryon/no checked baggage if I’d been just a bit more disciplined because they’re really is a TON of room in this backpack. My only complaints are: 1. There are only about two internal pockets that have zippers. I expected more of those. 2. The laptop storage area, while ample and well-designed in that it has a wide elastic strap with Velcro at the end, has ZERO padding between the laptop and the exterior or bottom of the backpack. Not a problem while you’re wearing it, but *very* concerning if you’re stowing this in overhead bins on airplanes or public transit with your precious laptop inside. **So you’ll want to get a very protective laptop sleeve to use inside this backpack.** 3. No anti-theft technology other than double zippers that have holes large enough to accept luggage locks. I did get TSA-approved combination locks elsewhere on Amazon, and they’ve been great. 4. The chest strap is bizarre because it’s not long enough to go across an adult human’s chest. It’s only about seven inches long. That’s confusing. Maybe I’m misunderstanding something there. The clamshell feature for the electronics area *might* be pointless because the backpack is so tall. I say “might” because perhaps you’ll have a more favorable experience than mine, below: AerLingus, as of July 2023, does not have a contract with TSA 🤔, so I couldn’t use my KTN to get through security faster. 🤯 🤷‍♀️ Thus, I had to put this backpack in a security bin and remove my laptop, portable monitor, and Kindle. I asked if I could just unzip it all the way and lie it flat Like a clamshell, but the security agent kindly pointed out that when opened all the way, this backpack extends beyond the boundaries of the (quite large) security bin, so he said I indeed had to remove all my electronics. I don’t know if every agent would've said that, but that was my experience this time. I do understand that to include the upgrades listed here that I’d like to see, it would cost a lot more for this backpack. So, for the money, I’m pretty satisfied with this purchase, especially because it has a TON of room and double zippers that accept luggage locks for all the outer compartments. (My Lug bag, while much more stylish, has zippers that do not accept luggage locks; the holes in the zipper pulls are way too small! 😥) Given that this backpack has no other anti-theft technology, I’ll probably be investing in a PacSafe bag next. HOWEVER, this backpack has worked out very well for functionality. I got it just a couple of days before my trip, so it really helped me out in a pinch. If you’re on a budget and/or need it super fast, then this is a great choice! Btw, my weight limit was 10kg, and this could’ve held a lot more than that. However, I’m not strong enough to carry around that much weight all day. So bigger isn’t always better. After arriving at my destination and unpacking, I used this backpack for grocery shopping in areas that have public transit and we didn’t rent a car. This backpack was perfect for that! Just make sure to still put most food items, such as dairy, sugary items, sauces, powders/flour, and anything else that would be difficult to clean into plastic grocery bags before putting them into your backpack. This way, in case anything leaks, your investment will be protected and you won’t smell gross for the rest of your trip! I really do recommend this backpack if you need something fast, need a 10 kg bag for travel to the UK and want to maximize your cubic inches of space, after winning to purchase a separate, very cushioning laptop sleeve, want to make it fast and easy to remove your electronics at security if needed, and/or you’re on a budget. If you can afford to spend $50+ more, you might want to look elsewhere.

This is my second Della Gao Travel Laptop Backpack, replacing an older identical one. And the only reason I am replacing the older one is because it is getting grungy and starting to stink after more than 2 years of daily use waking to work, often with a packed lunches inside. I probably could have washed it after detaching the USB charger, but at such a very reasonable price, I decided to get a new one just like it! I have used the backpack for traveling with my heavy 17-inch laptop, too. It is very sturdy and does not stretch the stitches apart at the shoulder straps like another brand of laptop backpack I once had. The back of the outermost laptop compartment is well padded, which protects the laptop and also makes the backpack more comfortable to wear. I have not had the opportunity to use the USB charging port, but I'm glad it's there, just in case. I really like the mesh outer pockets on both sides of the backpack for my keys and smartphone when I'm walking (I walk in a low crime area). The pockets would be good for a water bottle or small thermos, too. The red and white tabs on the backpack are highly reflective for safety after dark. It's water resistance keeps things dry when I am walking in the rain. I've had many backpacks over the years, and except for an expensive leather backpack I had back in the 1990s, this Della Gao Travel Laptop Backpack is my favorite!

I’m coming to write a review after owning this backpack for almost 6 years. It’s finally bit the dust, with multiple zippers breaking. But I’m giving it 5 stars because I used this backpack constantly for travel for work, stuffing it to the brim, and I’m actually super impressed it has lasted almost 6 years. My kids school backpacks tend to only last 1 or 2 years, and I honestly think I’ve been rougher on mine. I’m torn between wanting to buy this exact same one again because I know how well it works, and wanting something different just for variety’s sake. In any case, I just wanted to share that this was a great purchase and if you’re contemplating getting it, I highly recommend it!

I bought the backpack to my husband as a gif and he loved it. It has room for everything, good quality. You can use ir for trip or even for groceries.

Non mi aspettavo una qualità così buona per questo prezzo! Lo zaino è super spazioso, ha un sacco di tasche utili e il materiale sembra bello resistente. Lo uso tutti i giorni per andare al lavoro e anche per i viaggi, e tiene tutto in ordine senza problemi. Il comparto per il portatile è ben imbottito, quindi il PC è al sicuro, e la porta USB è comodissima quando devo ricaricare il telefono in giro. Anche le cerniere sono solide e scorrono bene. In più, è pure carino da vedere e comodo da portare sulle spalle. Insomma, ottimo acquisto, lo consiglio davvero a chi cerca uno zaino pratico e con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo!

Je n'utilise pour l'instant ce sac à dos que pour aller faire du shopping. Il est vraiment très bien conçu avec ses nombreuses poches et sa prise pour recharger son portable. Il y la place pour une tablette, un ordinateur portable, des pochettes dans la poche de devant pour mettre ses différentes pièces d'identité et cartes comme les cartes bancaires ou de fidélité. On peut rajouter un petit miroir et son rouge à lèvres ! Je n'ai pas utilisé le cadenas simple d'utilisation pourtant. Il est bien étanche sous la pluie et les bandes réfléchissantes sont utiles pour marcher dans l'ombre. Il y a beaucoup de place pour mettre des achats. Moi qui ai mal au dos, ici le dos du sac est bien matelassé. Il me convient parfaitement. Je l'emporterai en vacances également car on peut y mettre beaucoup de vêtements également. 2022: il y déjà un an et demi, finalement j'ai offert ce sac à dos à mon fils qui partant travailler en Amérique latine. Il n'en voulait pas puis il l'a regardé de plus près et m'a dit qu'effectivement ce sac avait beaucoup plus de possibilités de rangement que le sien qui avait déjà beaucoup servi. Il en est très content depuis. J'ai hérité du sien. :)

I bought this backpack to take it to work and it's just what I needed: A backpack with enough capacity to carry my 17-inch laptop and inside with a padded compartment. Not only that, its capacity of 45 L and its 3 main compartments will allow us to put a lot of objects and accessories. They are structured from higher to lower capacity, being the bottom (padded) the highest capacity because it is designed to place the computer here. It has a strap and Velcro on the tip to make everything more subject. It also has a pocket to put an external battery since come with USB charging port (for our mobile for example) and jack for headphones. The 2nd compartment also has a large capacity and inside it has 2 medium pockets. The 3rd compartment, the smallest, but also large, has 5 small pockets, another for the pen and a larger one. It also has 2 secondary compartments on the sides of the backpack made with a kind of padded mesh, which is the same material used for the back, which is in contact with the back. It includes a small padlock that opens by numerical combination and that we can use in the zippers to provide greater security in any of the compartments. Also, in different parts of the backpack several reflective strips are located in order to be more visible at night or in low light situations. Finally, in the area of the back we have a small strap on the top to hang the backpack on a rack and another strap to attach it to a suitcase for when we go on a trip. But the most important thing is that the backpack is made with good materials and finishes: water-resistant polyester fabric, high-density nylon lining and resistant seams and zippers which is a guarantee of durability.
