Amberen Menopause Supplement, Multi-Symptom Relief, 30 Day Supply

I've had hot flashes for years. I just dealt with them. However, I bought this because I was sort of desperate to try something that would balance my mood. I wanted a supplement as opposed to a prescription. It says that the best results happen after 90 days. However, I must be lucky because after two weeks of taking this consistently after breakfast, I have seen improvement in hot flashes, but the biggest improvement I have seen is in my mood. I'm generally a very patient and kind person but the past couple months have been sort of scary regarding how quickly my mood would flip. After just two weeks on Amberen, I no longer go from zero to psycho in two seconds. It's amazing what it's done for me on a daily basis (as well as many people around me 😂)! I just bought my second and third month so that way I could be consistent. I can't wait to see what happens after another month.

I’m 52 and was starting to get hot flashes. I was waking up every morning with my shirt off. I would get so hot my chest and back would sweat and I had to change my pillowcase every day. I had a few hot flashes, mainly at home in the evening that lasted a few minutes. I would feel panicked and have to take my robe or shirt off. My husband is under blankets while I’m in a tank top and shorts. (As a side note: I was diagnosed with severe anemia in Oct 2021 and was extremely cold natured for several years. Even though my iron level is much better, being hot is very abnormal for me). Someone told me about Amberen several years ago, so I decided to try it. At the time it didn’t do much for me because I didn’t need it yet. When all of these menopause symptoms started about 3 months ago, I decided to try it again. I’m an instant gratification person but decided to stick with it. I’m not sure how long it took for me to notice a difference, but I’d say less than than a month. I honestly didn’t think about it, I just noticed that I wasn’t waking up with my shirt off. I haven’t woken up sweating at night since I’ve been taking it. There was no moment when I thought “this stuff is working now!” I’m not sure about mood changes because I’ve always been somewhat grouchy. I’ve gained weight, but that’s because I’ve been eating poorly. I know some women eat healthy and exercise and still gain weight when they start going through menopause, but I’m not one of those women. I’ve recommended it to SO many people. I always tell them that I’m a skeptic for over the counter products that make unsubstantiated claims, but I stand behind Amberen 100%. I’m not on HRT at this time. As far as sexual issues that come with age, I don’t notice a difference there, unfortunately. I may end up on HRT, but I will continue to use Amberen as long as my doctor says it’s ok. I don’t know what is in this supplement , but I don’t care. The resolution of hot flashes is enough for me to keep taking it. I’m usually inconsistent with medications, but I do not forget this one! I’ve had ZERO side effects from it. If you’re having hot flashes and other menopause symptoms, go to the drugstore and get some today! It’s not cheap, but it’s worth every penny. I hope it works for everyone else as it had for me!

Nothing bad just doesn’t work for me

This is my second order of Amberen and I can only share how the product has worked for me. I read copious reviews prior to purchasing this product and found 2 main criticisms: The number one disappointment is that women were frustrated with no weight loss and 2) complaints of MSG in the product. The claims on the product offer menopausal relief of symptoms such as sleep difficulties, low libido, hot flashes and mood swings. For me I can live with 5-10 extra pounds but I CANNOT tolerate the hot flashes and extreme mood swings that have plagued me in peri-menopause at 45. From day one of taking this product my hot flashes were reduced and within a week they were non existent. In addition, the mood swings have gone and I am not not crying at the drop of a hat as I was before taking this product. Another benefit is better sleep. I was waking up every 2 hours before taking Amberen and now I still wake up but maybe once in the night compared to 3-4 times. My libido has increased somewhat but again it is better than non existent as it was prior to taking the product. Weight loss has been minimal although I felt horribly bloated and uncomfortable before taking the product and it has had a diuretic affect on me. As long as I make an effort to drink 8 glasses of water everyday I do not have a problem with bloating. As far as weight loss, I have yet to find a magic bullet and this product is no different. As we age our metabolism slows down and in menopause there is a 10-15 pound "thickening" that happens to most women. We need to increase our exercise and watch what we put in our bodies. I have increased walking from 3-4 days a week to 6 days a week for 45 minutes to an hour and I have lost 5 pounds in 3 months. If you have an allergy or sensitivity to MSG then this product likely won't work for you but it doesn't make it a bad product. It is a bit pricey and after stopping the product the symptoms immediately returned for me. But truth be told I would pay anything to have those symptoms under control.

Highly recommended , I have been taking them for 1 year and I am happy for all the benefits I have had when I take them , even with my weight I have helped them , I recommend them .

I should have did more research. Product not recommended if you have any kidney concerns. Gave the unopened box to a co-worker who said it works very well for her.

I am a 45 year old woman who had a partial hysterectomy due to some medical issues which then caused early onset menopause. I tried this product in addition to the bioidentical hormones I use in order to try to get some additional relief from the hot flashes I've been experiencing. Well, let me just say that the day after I started using it I started experiencing massive amounts of hair loss. It also gave me bad stomach cramps, diarrhea and a constant headache. I wasn't sure at first that the Amberen was causing the hair loss though and supposedly the other symptoms are just from your body adjusting to the product, so I continued using it in hopes that I would even out. After ten days on the Amberen, I was still experiencing massive hair shed, the constant headache and some stomach issues. I started researching and found several other reviews online of other women who had the same problem with the hair shed (and for that matter the other symptoms I mentioned as well)! I had changed nothing else in my routine that would cause this issue and after finding further validation that it was coming from the use of this product, at that point I immediately discontinued the Amberen. I have only been off it a few days and I already notice a significant difference in the hair shed and other symptoms. Bottom line this product DOES have side effects. And I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone with a history of stomach problems (I have had ulcers and other stomach issues prior), headaches (I am a migraine sufferer) or women who have fine hair or problems with thinning hair as it will definitely make those issues worse! To advertise that a product has no known adverse side effects is false advertising as when I really started digging into the issues I was having I found many others who were experiencing or had experienced the same. I will say that I noticed a slight decrease in my hot flashes in the short amount of time I was taking it, but no matter what the benefits of this product could be, they would in no way offset the negatives enough for me to continue using it. Save your money and if you are looking for something that really helps or works try bioidentical hormones instead!

Life saver for my wife menopausal symptoms. She used it religiously for a couple of years every 3 months (on and off cycles) and worked wonders.

I have been using this for over 10 yrs, I use to just go over to the US and pick it up at the Walmart or order it online, t now with this damn Covid I can't get over there so had to order on Amazon. With the exchange it works out much more affordable to get it from the US but I don't have that luxury at the moment. It 1as $159.00 for the 3 pkgs and it's only 109$ with the exchange when I get it in the US. Lets see it go down in price, that would be a bonus. It works for me, and has for over 10 yrs. I have no symptoms, I'm 55 and had a total hysterectomy in 2013 so I have no hormones at all kicking around, but whatever is in this...give me no symptoms what so ever...All my friends are sleepless, hot sweats, cold sweats, no sexual desire etc....Me...I'm ready to roll at all times. I didn’t like it. It did nothing for me but Estroven is much better.
