Menopause Supplement, Multi-Symptom Relief, 30 Day Supply

I've had hot flashes for years. I just dealt with them. However, I bought this because I was sort of desperate to try something that would balance my mood. I wanted a supplement as opposed to a prescription. It says that the best results happen after 90 days. However, I must be lucky because after two weeks of taking this consistently after breakfast, I have seen improvement in hot flashes, but the biggest improvement I have seen is in my mood. I'm generally a very patient and kind person but the past couple months have been sort of scary regarding how quickly my mood would flip. I’m 52 and was starting to get hot flashes. I was waking up every morning with my shirt off. I would get so hot my chest and back would sweat and I had to change my pillowcase every day. I had a few hot flashes, mainly at home in the evening that lasted a few minutes. I would feel panicked and have to take my robe or shirt off. I’m an instant gratification person but decided to stick with it. I’m not sure how long it took for me to notice a difference, but I’d say less than than a month. I honestly didn’t think about it, I just noticed that I wasn’t waking up with my shirt off. I haven’t woken up sweating at night since I’ve been taking it. There was no moment when I thought “this stuff is working now!” I’m not sure about mood changes because I’ve always been somewhat grouchy. I’ve gained weight, but that’s because I’ve been eating poorly. I know some women eat healthy and exercise and still gain weight when they start going through menopause, but I’m not one of those women. I’ve recommended it to SO many people. I always tell them that I’m a skeptic for over the counter products that make unsubstantiated claims, but I stand behind Amberen 100%. I’m not on HRT at this time. As far as sexual issues that come with age, I don’t notice a difference there, unfortunately. I may end up on HRT, but I will continue to use Amberen as long as my doctor says it’s ok. I don’t know what is in this supplement , but I don’t care. The resolution of hot flashes is enough for me to keep taking it. I’m usually inconsistent with medications, but I do not forget this one! These are a game changer, the box is self explanatory and does what it states it will do. Not as great as the low dose birth control i was taking but due to age I was taken off of that HRT and left to myself. There are all forms of HRT and they all come with different price tags, I am not the elite rich like Oprah W and can afford a life time supply of HRT but I can swing the amount they want for this product. For some people it may take up to 90 days before a change in body is noticed but since I was using the perio-menapause in the beginning I felt relief in the 1st pack of this product, trust the process.

This is my second order of Amberen and I can only share how the product has worked for me. I read copious reviews prior to purchasing this product and found 2 main criticisms: The number one disappointment is that women were frustrated with no weight loss and 2) complaints of MSG in the product. The claims on the product offer menopausal relief of symptoms such as sleep difficulties, low libido, hot flashes and mood swings. For me I can live with 5-10 extra pounds but I CANNOT tolerate the hot flashes and extreme mood swings that have plagued me in peri-menopause at 45. From day one of taking this product my hot flashes were reduced and within a week they were non existent. In addition, the mood swings have gone and I am not not crying at the drop of a hat as I was before taking this product. Another benefit is better sleep. I was waking up every 2 hours before taking Amberen and now I still wake up but maybe once in the night compared to 3-4 times. My libido has increased somewhat but again it is better than non existent as it was prior to taking the product. Weight loss has been minimal although I felt horribly bloated and uncomfortable before taking the product and it has had a diuretic affect on me. As long as I make an effort to drink 8 glasses of water everyday I do not have a problem with bloating. As far as weight loss, I have yet to find a magic bullet and this product is no different. As we age our metabolism slows down and in menopause there is a 10-15 pound "thickening" that happens to most women. We need to increase our exercise and watch what we put in our bodies. I have increased walking from 3-4 days a week to 6 days a week for 45 minutes to an hour and I have lost 5 pounds in 3 months. If you have an allergy or sensitivity to MSG then this product likely won't work for you but it doesn't make it a bad product. It is a bit pricey and after stopping the product the symptoms immediately returned for me. But truth be told I would pay anything to have those symptoms under control.

I should have did more research. Product not recommended if you have any kidney concerns. Gave the unopened box to a co-worker who said it works very well for her.

Hi, my name is Nancy, I am 50 years old and I lost a hundred bucks on the Amberen program. That my friends, pretty well sums up my review of this program. I DO NOT sleep well, I DO NOT have more energy, I DID NOT stop having what I call power surges (hot flashes) or night sweats, I am STILL cold nearly all of the time, (80 degrees and up and I am happy). And as for weight loss... well my wallet is quite a bit lighter, but that is not what I would call "one of my problem areas." I AM NOT SAYING THIS PRODUCT WILL NOT WORK FOR YOU. I have hypothyroidism and basically my metabolism is in a coma and I was hoping that this would help wake it up. It did not. I am active, I eat right, not a lot of junk (except for shark week. You know ladies, the week "before" when you will eat anything and nearly bite anyone who comes into your space!?!) the mood swings are still, well, lets say that sometimes my mood not only swings but dips and sways and tosses and turns. Basically, I tell my family to not make any eye contact, hand the lady the chocolate and back out of the room slowly. DO NOT MAKE EYE CONTACT AND DO NOT MAKE ANY SUDDEN MOVEMENTS, AS THIS COULD BE INTERPRETED AS A THREAT! Well, unfortunately I am no better off than I was when I started the program. I took the "normal dose" for the first 30 days, did not see any improvement so I bumped it up to the "double dose" as recommended by the included instructions, but still no hope. Again, I am not saying to NOT buy this product, but I just wanted you to be able to make an informed decision. I believe that if these types of products would give both the success stories as well as the unsuccessful study participant's feedback, then we, as ever hopeful folks, can make a better decision on what we hope might work for us. One more thing, the "money back guarantee" is worthless. Do not make a purchase based on those 3 little words. It is only a 30-day guarantee, but the enclosed pamphlet says to give the product at least 4 weeks to work. How do they get away with this? Well if you do the math, 4 weeks does not 30 days make. Other than the 3 little word phrase "I love you," basically the rest of the 3 little word phrases should be seen as a caution, i.e., "batteries not included," "to be continued," "I'll call you," "money back guarantee," etc. Good luck in your quest and I wish you much success. These symptoms will not kill us, as they have been ongoing for centuries now. However, my recommendation is to not let these symptoms define you. Fan when necessary, layer clothes as needed, change your sheets regularly, eat a piece and not a pound of chocolate or what ever works for you when needed, and please try your best to not "verbally kill" anyone in your world whom you would like to continue saying the good 3 little word phrase, "I love you."

Nothing bad just doesn’t work for me

Life saver for my wife menopausal symptoms. She used it religiously for a couple of years every 3 months (on and off cycles) and worked wonders.

I have been using this for over 10 yrs, I use to just go over to the US and pick it up at the Walmart or order it online, t now with this damn Covid I can't get over there so had to order on Amazon. I didn’t like it. It did nothing for me but Estroven is much better.
