No, this particular product is for 0.453 inch valve hole only. Colby makes an XL Emergency valve for 0.625 opening.

What is the total length of the valve stem and the length from the rim to the end of the valve cap threads after installation?

The total length w/out the cap installed is 1 7/8". The length from the rim to end of the threads(w/out the cap installed) is 7/8". Hope this helps.
