Didnt work made me sick absolute rubbish

Apparently I have to use these as I snore, I can not confirm as I don’t hear me snoring.So I’ve been told by her indoors they work for 3-4 hours then she uses the pillow to stop my apparent snoring

I wasn’t too sure about these, it was the thought of putting them in my mouth and leaving it there BUT, they are so easy to pop on roof of your mouth and ease them back slightly so they rest on the soft palate. They stick like glue and slowly dissolve so don’t worry about them coming adrift. The strip slowly becomes almost gel like but it’s minty fresh and not intrusive. These have helped reduce my snoring and I added them to using my usual snore strip. In the morning I find my throat and mouth aren’t sore. Good value for money, these are something I now feel I can’t do without.

Snoring, for me, starts from the back of my lower throat not the upper part so i was a little skeptical at first but thought I'd give it a try. But alas no. Other than the slight minty taste whilst attempting to sleep it didn't do anything as I suspected. I don't understand how weakening the upper soft tissue of the throat/mouth will help something that comes from the lower part. but there you go.

Unfortunately didn’t work for me however everyone is different extremely easy to use. Dissolve without any discomfort
