Really puts me to sleep for 6 hours and I wake up bright eyed and bushy tailed !

I’ve been suffering from insomnia. Nothing really helps. I had an Rx that helped but I hated the side effects and my insomnia seemed much worse after I stopped taking it. I tried this for the first time last night and I am stunned by how well it works. I felt I should write this review for anyone who has suffered. If anything changes I will update my review. Hopefully this will be the end of my daytime brain fog and other symptoms from not sleeping. Update: night 2 it did not work as well. Update: I have noticed that they work really well when I don’t do anything or use my phone after taking them. Otherwise not as well. So they won’t put me to sleep but they will help me sleep when I get in bed with the intention to only sleep. Overall they have been a tremendous help.

I've been taking this for a month and this works well for me. I have trouble going to sleep (I don't have trouble staying asleep) because my brain keeps going and I can't relax enough to drift off. I took these so my brain could quiet down enough to make me sleepy. I took one star off because it says it takes 30 minutes and for me it's more like 2 hours. So I have to take it way in advance to for it to kick in time for when I normally go to bed.

Some time ago I realized that melatonin was helpful for me. And I was grateful to find this particular brand. And the dosage appears to be just right for me in regards to a solid sleep quality. There is no after taste, and it allows me sleep throughout the night. It's effectiveness has been true for me.

These worked, a little too well. When I take one I will sleep for 16 hours if my alarm doesn't go off (because the power went out). If I take one and my alarm does go off I'm still a bit groggy all day which is unfortunate. However, the more you take synthetic melatonin the less your body produces naturally and it creates a vicious dependency cycle. I used for about three weeks hoping it could get me on a better sleep schedule, instead when I stopped taking them I stopped sleeping completely. I think these may be good for occasional sleep issues, but I wouldn't recommend long term. Now I've got to figure something else out. Oh, one last thing- they smell like dog poop and they make your hands smell too. If you hold your breath when you pop one in it's fine. Then just wash your hands. That was a rough lesson to learn lol.

Helps me stay asleep, no hung over feeling next day.

I can't imagine trying to function without these!! They've made a TREMENDOUS difference in my ability to fall (and stay) asleep! I (obviously) appreciate that, AND I appreciate the LACK of major brain fog like I experienced with prescription sleep aids. I also like the fact that there's no diphenhydramine in them to trigger asthma issues. They're reasonably small, easy to swallow and they last just long enough for a decent night's sleep. I'm so thankful to have discovered these!

Update 12:45 a.m. first night: I have laid in bed for almost 2 hours trying to sleep. I routinely take 10 mg sublingual melatonin which still takes about 30-45 minutes to fall asleep. This is not working for me. I took it 30 minutes before I was in bed ready to sleep, as instructed....to no avail. I will need to return. I am wide awake and feeling very cranky. Original post: The picture is of a bottle. It arrives in a box with unit dose tablets. I am old. I NEVER buy unit dose. I cannot get them open easily. Will have to delete my subscription and search for another product.

تعبت من استخدامه من اول مره يصحبني دوار شديد بعد الاستيقاظ استخدمته مرتين فقط وامتنعت عن استخدامه بسبب التعب الشديد الذي يصبني بعد مااستيقظ من النوم هذه تجربتي

It cause me a lot of side effects I had to stop it.
