Amazing robot vacuum / mop - makes floors squeaky clean
The eufy X10 Pro Omni robot vacuum cleaner with mop is an incredible machine. Technology has moved on so much from the last robot vacuum I bought nearly three years ago, that was noisy, left half of the dirt on the floor, bashed into furniture and left messy marks on the floor after mopping (that had to be hand mopped afterwards to remove the marks!) The eufy X10 Pro Omni is a beast of a machine - the docking station (that stores the water tank and dust bag) is massive so make sure you check the measurements before buying as it takes up a fair amount of room. Set up was easy - the manual was online (so not wasting paper, that just gets lost or thrown away anyway) and I was ready to map the downstairs area within about 20 minutes of setting up. The app control is excellent - it is fairly easy to customise how you want the cleaning carried out and it was easy to set up routines (choosing water use / vacuum strength / edge cleaning and so on). Regarding the vacuuming and mopping. It cleaned my wooden floor and front room carpet perfectly - picking up cat hair, dust and crumbs leaving the floor spotless, and the mopping was also perfect - stubborn stains (that were left behind by my previous robot vacuum) were cleanup up and there were no lines from the mopping - the floor looked the best it has looked in years. The eufy X10 Pro Omni goes back to its base station around 3 times for a 3 room (office / front room and hall) clean, to empty the vacuum bin or top up when mopping, as the water sits in the base station, but it informs you along each step of the cleaning process. After mopping, the base station cleans and then dries the two permanently attached mop heads that sit at the rear of the robot. You can set for 2-4 hours for the drying - I initially set for 2 hours which is fine. The only negative is when the robot vacuum returns to the dock to empty the dirt to the bag in the base station, it sounds like a jet taking off, so maybe place the base in a separate room. To buy the dust bags direct from Eufy is expensive at nearly ยฃ20 for 6, whereas you can buy non-branded alternatives from Amazon at around ยฃ15 for 12 dust bags. This is a top-quality robot vacuum that does the job perfectly, with plenty of customise options, regular firmware updates and easy to follow online instructions / app.

Game changer - especially if you have kids or pets.
I bought this Eufy e25 3 months ago. Its my first robot vacuum and I did initially worry if it was going to be a gimmicky or regretted purchase. It's not. After deciding what I wanted most from a robot vacuum (for me, I predominantly have laminate floors downstairs that get filthy so wanted a good mop, hassle free self filling/emptying/cleaning station, plus reliable mapping) I chose this Eufy e25 model based on its spec and reviews. It's not the cheapest, but so far it has been completely worth what I paid, especially as I waited for it on sale and treated it as investment. Before buying, with 3 young kids and 2 cats, there always seemed to be dust, crumbs or pet hair somewhere on floor at all times; hiding in corners, under sofas and especially in the kitchen, even shortly after I vacuumed or did frequent 'quick' sweeps. I also never had time or energy to mop often. Now I've simply scheduled Eufy to do a quick vacuum of the whole downstairs after breakfast and at end of day, plus as it recognises different rooms, I have set it to do a light mop of the dining area and kitchen at end of each day too. I have also set a once weekly deeper mop for whole downstairs. This is very easy on app to set up to your own preference. It automatically recognises carpeted areas and does stronger suction without mop. You can also set up no-go zones and if you have a surprise mess/spillage, you can draw a zone anywhere on map to clean immediately. I did this when my son spilt a large bottle of milk on floor - and the mop (on highest setting) got 95% of it up. It missed 5% as the mop does not go to edges of robot, so although its very good at vacuuming corners and room edges (because of the double swivel arms), there's about a 5cm gap next to walls that the mop can't reach. But having to wipe up a small bit of milk compared to a massive puddle, I was still happy - and because the mop gets cleaned constantly during use and then washed and dried thoroughly at base station, it didn't smear milk around room at all or seem to pong afterwards. I would personally prefer a stronger scent for the official mop fluid, but it doesn't streak and seems to last. All parts are easily removable to allow a thorough clean/remove stuck hair etc. Its also not loud, except when it empties at its station (for 5-10 seconds). Sure, it's not 100% perfect. It does not always get up every single crumb, and very sticky or dried-on food doesn't always get lifted unless I notice and pre-spray first, carpets can sometimes need 2 runs to get up the most entrenched bits (but to me thats not a big issue), and the mapping - though mostly very reliable at avoiding obstacles - does sometimes miss a small object, suck it up and get stopped in its tracks waiting to be rescued (so far lollipop sticks, a marble, small chocolate/sweet wrappers, a kid's sock and a mouse wire have achieved this). THIS is most frustrating bit, but the objects were all easy to remove and Eufy worked fine again after they were out. It also will get easily caught on thin, small, light mats/rag rugs/blankets so make sure these are off floor. Realistically, I think this is similar to most robot vacuums limitations, and compared to other brands reviews I think Eufy overall is very effective. On one occasion the mapping redeemed itself as one of my cats had an accident on floor next to thier litter tray. This could have been a disaster - but the AI recognised it as poop and avoided it. Phew. Overall, for almost spotless floors with barely having to lift a finger, I am very impressed. I still have my hoover for sofas and upstairs carpets (considering getting one for upstairs too!), but downstairs is just Eufy now and - similar perhaps to having a dishwasher compared to washing up daily in sink - I would not consider not having a robot vacuum anymore. My floors and therefore house in general have never been cleaner and dust-free with minimal effort, all while freeing up precious time.

Ease of set up. This is virtually "plug and play".
I bought this Eufy to make life a bit easier at home, and itโs done exactly that. Itโs simple to set up, surprisingly quiet, and just gets on with the job without any fuss. I like that I donโt have to think about it โ it keeps the floors tidy while I get on with other things, which feels like a small but very real win. The cleaning is thorough, the battery lasts well, and the app is straightforward even for someone who doesnโt want lots of tech noise. Itโs also been great on both hard floors and rugs. What I appreciate most is the sense of calm it brings: one less thing to do. If you want a practical, reliable helper that genuinely makes home feel more manageable, this is a good choice.

Finally purchased my first Robot Vacuum Initial Review and Update after 2 weeks - Update July 2026
Not much has changed since my original review, which is probably the best compliment I can give the Eufy E25, it just gets on with the job. One feature I use far more now is Zone Cleaning. Rather than cleaning an entire room, I often just select the area that needs attention. In the app, you simply draw a box around the section you want cleaned, and off Ruby goes. I've uploaded a video where I sprinkled red lentils onto the carpet and then used Zone Cleaning with the vacuum set to vacuum only and two passes. Every last lentil was removed, which was really impressive. I'm quite diligent with maintenance and give Ruby a thorough clean every couple of weeks. The app notifies you when any consumable parts need replacing, and I always change them promptly, so it's continued to perform as well as it did when it was new. One thing I was initially concerned about was whether the detergent was actually being used while mopping, as the level in the bottle hardly seemed to change. After checking, I found that it is dispensing correctly just uses it very slowly. In fact, I'm still using the first bottle that came with the E25. I genuinely wouldn't want to be without a robot vacuum and mop now. I don't have experience with other brands, so I can't compare them, but I can say that I continue to be extremely pleased with my Eufy E25. It's been reliable, effective, and has made keeping the house clean much easier. Original Reviews Below I had been paralysed for months by the sheer number of robot vacuums on the market, the flood of conflicting online reviews, and the fact that new models seem to launch every couple of months. I kept reading reviews and watching videos, always waiting for โthe next best thing.โ Eventually, I snapped and ordered the Eufy E25 from Amazon. My reasoning was simple: It was on offer. If I didnโt like it, I had 30 days to return it for a refund. Iโve only had it for a few days, but so far Iโm really pleased. If things continue as they are, itโs definitely a keeper. Iโd originally planned to invest a lot more in a robot vacuum, but Iโm glad I didnโt โ this model performs really well in my house. I hope my review helps others. If people find it useful, Iโll continue to update it over the coming months with any new developments. Setup & Mapping Setup was straightforward. I downloaded the app, did the simple assembly, installed the supplied floor detergent, and was ready to map. I opened all the doors on the ground floor, cleared any obstacles, and sent Ruby (named after the housemaid in Upstairs, Downstairs) off to explore. She mapped the rooms quickly and produced a clear map in the app. From there, I was able to name rooms and even connect her to Alexa for voice control. Cleaning Performance Rubyโs first mission was the kitchen floor. In the app, I could adjust settings such as vacuum power, water flow, and whether I wanted one or two cleaning passes. Before mopping, she washed her mop at the base station. Then off she went: She cleaned around the edges first, vacuuming and mopping. Her side brush reached into corners. She then worked in neat, straight lines to cover the entire floor. She navigated around our four kitchen chairs with ease. When finished, she proudly announced the task was complete, returned to the base, emptied the dust container and dirty water tank, and then washed and dried her mop. Our ground floor is about one-third tile and two-thirds carpet. Ruby performs well on both surfaces. Challenges & Workarounds Thick pile rug: Ruby struggled and got stuck, so I set a no-go zone in the app. Glass walls/panels: These can confuse mapping. On my first map, Ruby created a โphantom roomโ beyond the dining room. Next time Iโll put cardboard over the glass so she can scan properly. For now, I just added a boundary in the map editor. Ironing board legs: She got stuck here too, so I set another no-go zone as we are inclined to leave ironing board set up. Features I Like You can create schedules โ cleaning different rooms at different times or all at once. Ruby automatically returns to base if she needs to recharge or empty waste, then resumes where she left off. She can be carried upstairs to map and clean another floor (I havenโt tried this yet but plan to). Alexa Integration Alexa control works, but itโs basic. Iโd love to be able to say โRuby, vacuum and mop the kitchenโ โ but at the moment, I can only tell her to start cleaning the whole house or return to base. Hopefully, a future update will improve this. Final Thoughts (for now) Iโve written a lot already, so Iโll stop here. I still have 25 days left in my return window, but if things continue as they are, Ruby is staying. Iโll update this review with long-term performance in the months ahead. So far: really impressed and very happy with my purchase. PS Note in video attached washing machine also running and Ruby had already mopped outside edge of room that's why she's not going right to edge. PPS On map you can see room that's not really there, caused by mapping with ground to ceiling glass wall Update to My Original Review After a couple of weeks with Ruby, hereโs what Iโve done and discovered: Mapping & Cleaning: I successfully mapped the upstairs by going into Settings โ Manage Map โ Create New Map in the app. Ruby leaves her base station, and I simply carried her upstairs to start mapping the first floor. She did a great job producing a detailed map. Important note: when cleaning upstairs, the robot does need to be carried between floors. During cleaning, Ruby once announced she needed to empty her dustbin but couldnโt find the base station (since itโs downstairs). I carried her down, and she immediately said, โPositioning successful,โ emptied herself, then I carried her back upstairs, she resumed cleaning right where she left off. After finishing upstairs, she reports something like, โTask finished, returning homeโฆ base not found, returning to start point.โ Which is great, she doesnโt wander off aimlessly but instead goes into standby where she started. Once I bring her downstairs and press โSend Homeโ in the app, she finds her base. Zone Cleaning: I had some crumbs on the living room carpet in front of the sofa, so I tried Zone Cleaning. I drew a 2m x 1m rectangle in the app, and off Ruby went straight to the spot and cleaned it beautifully. Scheduled Cleaning: I set a schedule for 6:00 a.m. to clean the downstairs area. Customer Support & Maintenance: The app offered me a free replacement dirty water tank (apparently, the original could leave a few drops of dirty water). I ordered it through the app, and it arrived within two days. Iโve kept it as a spare for now. The app also shows maintenance reminders for brushes and filters, complete with helpful how-to videos. Iโve attached a screenshot for reference. Remote Cleaning: My final test: I sent Ruby off to clean the whole ground floor while I was 120 miles from home, returning from a weekend away. Everything ran perfectly. Summary: Iโm still within my return window, but Iโm keeping her. Ruby has genuinely become a useful (and slightly adorable) member of the household. For those who prefer a gentleman cleaner, you can even switch to a male voice! I would like more ability to control via Alexa, currently I could not send Ruby to clean an individual room by voice. Iโll post another update down the line, but for now if she continues to be reliable, Ruby is a keeper.

So impressed
WOW!!! My job has been a cleaning manager so Iโm very knowledgeable on industrial robots due to bringing to the uk the first CC1 scrubber dryer! Now a career change but wanted a robot for home! Did loads of research before I bought this one and Iโm blown away by it! Iโm ashamed to say my floors have never looked so clean!!!! Bought it on Black Friday so was a good deal and honestly for the money it cost and the extra quality of life for me and my family worth every penny!! Sat having a glass of wine with my husband while it vacuumed upstairs and washed the bathroom floor! Itโs lifted the pile on the carpets so great suction, incredibly easy to set up completely idiot proof!!! I hope it remains this efficient!! Brilliant Two weeks in! And Iโm ashamed to say my floors have never looked cleaner!! This robot is life changing so simple to use the crap itโs got out of my carpets is embarrassing!! My tiled floors are spotless!! Robot cleans at night so never hear it and get up to beautiful hoovered carpets and hard floors washed and so unbelievably clean!!! 100% recommendations for this robot!!!! Has changed my life!!!!

Amazing robot vacuum that has already changed our daily life!
We absolutely love this robot vacuum! It connected to both my phone and Alexa in just a few minutes, and it responds to voice commands very well. The setup was quick and easy, even for someone who isn't very technical. The cleaning performance is excellent. After the very first cleaning, our floors were literally shining! It cleaned the corners really well, and I also enabled the "clean close to walls" option in the app, which made the results even better. It picks up dust, cat hair, and dirt much better than I expected. The only thing I would like to see improved is the voice control. I wanted Alexa to clean only the kitchen for a second time, but instead the robot started cleaning the entire apartment again. It would be fantastic if voice commands could easily start cleaning a specific room instead of the whole house. Another small suggestion for the developers is to support more languages. At the moment, the language options are quite limited. Please add more languages in future updates! Apart from these small things, this robot has been amazing. It has already saved us so much time, and now I can spend that time with my family instead of vacuuming every day. I'm genuinely happy with this purchase and highly recommend it! ๐

The best we have had
eufy E25 Omni Robot Vacuum Cleaner with Mop, HydroJet System, 20,000 Pa Turbo Powerful Suction, Zero Tangling, Corner-to-Edge Deep Cleaning and Mop Lifting, with Auto All-In-One Station In the last 10 years we have had 4 other robotic hoover as we have one upstairs and one down stairs at any one time. We upgraded to ones that mopped last time our original ones conked out. This one blows the others out of the water, for how well it works. We have 2 cats including a cream British shorthair that leaves hairs in her wake everywhere she goes. Our previous robots kept the carpet looking half decent, but ever now and then we still needed tp go over it with a proper wired hoover. With this one we don't. It has the power to keep the carpets spotless. There are no hairs left in the pile of the carpet when I go over it with a carpet rake, the extra power this has makes it worth the price as we no longer need an upright as one session of it coming out a night and the cat hairs and other stuff is all picked up. It also gets into corners better than any other robot we have had in the past. We had it set up and connected to the wifi in a few minutes, and wifi connectivity was simple and quick. It plots the rooms for the house and knows which ones to just hoover, and which ones that need to be mopped as well. Unlike our other mopping robot, there is nothing to swap over in between mopping and hoovering. Both dust and water are self emptying. About once a week, we top up the water tank and empty the dirty water. The speed it picks up is good, it doesnt need to go round again to do a good job. I really believe that this one is faultless and is a noticeable step up from others we have had, one of which was in a similar price range even though the mopping feature wasn't automated like this one. We ruled out all the big brands like Shark and Dyson from reviews and we are very glad we choose this. At ยฃ699 on offer it was worth the money. It comes out every night after we have gone to bed and it never gets stuck or picks up wires as the obstacle detection is really good. It even has a light so it can identify things in the dark. If you are stuck for which one to go for and are worried if the extra cost of this is worth it, I would say yes it is. It looks smart too. The main reason I set it to come out at night is that it is a bit louder than others, due to the extra power no doubt, and it also drys the mop once it has finished which is a gentle hum, but noticeable to us as we have it placed in the lounge. This also gets in to corners better than most and we were amazed how quickly the bag needed to be emptied. We reuse the same bag to keep costs down, the bags could be made more readily reusable, but thatโs about the worst I can say about it after having it now for a couple of months.

I really wanted to like it! But unfortunately I have to return ๐ My search continues
I have wanted a robot vacuum for years! ๐To start with, my ex had told me in the past, that it wouldnโt be suitable for my home as I have a lot of furniture, etc (small house and many of us) But now that heโs gone... I thought โwhy not give it a try?โ And for a change (not)... He was wrong! ๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ So now that I was going to treat myself to a robot vacuum... If Iโm honest, what started as a search full of joy and excitement it has turned into a nightmare. There are simply so many on offer, all different prices, different specs, with apps, without apps, with remote, without remote, with mapping functionality, without mapping...๐๐๐ So yes... If you have never have searched for a robot vacuum before... Where do you start? Reading Amazon reviews. The opinions of people like you or me. Customers that have bought them and either have liked them or have hated them. And believe me, I read so many reviews... I ended up with a horrific headache. After youโve been looking through Amazon listings for so long, that you actually feel dizzy... I realised the main specs to look out for and why. -Suction power Specially if you have pets -Type of clean (with rollers or without) Please note that all robot vacuums that only have an opening... The rubbish goes in and sometimes also comes back out. Bristle brushes are good for carpets and rugs. (Also helps keep the rubbish where itโs meant to) -Battery life If battery is too small it wonโt be able to vacuum upstairs and downstairs in just one charge. So unless youโre happy to clean half of your house first and in four to five hours the rest... Be very careful with battery working life. -Bin capacity This is usually solved if you empty the bin after every use. -Remote - if available To be honest if the vacuum has an app you donโt really need a remote. As a matter of fact, most robot vacuumโs that have the app donโt even have a remote. On the other hand if it doesnโt have an app, having the remote will avoid you having to get up and press the button (which is not a killer anyway) Also a remote (or of course an app) means that the vacuum will have some sort of scheduled cleaning available, which comes very handy. -App - If available Personally I prefer the app over a remote control. For me itโs easier to schedule cleans etc through the app. Remote seems more โold fashionedโ and of course less visual. Which takes me to... -Scheduled cleans There is nothing better than waking up to a freshly vacuumed living room ๐ Finally Iโm not the first to wake up in the mornings๐ -Mapping software- If available Mapping software, if it works properly, is not a mimic. It helps save battery and also assures a better clean. The vacuum knows the area to cover and traces and vacuums in straight lines every bit of the room. If mapping software is not available, the robot vacuum will wonder around like a drunk until it runs out of battery and returns to base or you decide itโs done itโs job and you ask it to go โback homeโ / on charge or try your luck to take the vacuum upstairs and see how far it gets before itโs bleeping for juice ๐ -Auto charge function - with charging base When battery is low, this type of robot vacuums will return to their base for charge. Please note this does not mean the vacuum is equipped with โresume cleaning โ function. -Resume cleaning function. If for any reason the robot needs charging and the requested area to clean has not been fully cleaned, the robot vacuum will return to base, charge and then return to finish the job. -Alexa / Google services connection Send orders via your smart home setting without having to lift a finger. -Hybrid? Vacuuming & Mopping or only one or the other. Some robot vacuums have the capability of mopping too just adding an attachment. This also comes handy in case the children leave a few drops of water in the kitchen floor and your robot vacuum has to vacuum shortly afterwards. Non hybrid robot vacuums would most probably get damaged by the liquid. Hybrids donโt. So now that we know the basics of all robot vacuum cleaners, how does this one play out? -Suction power โ it has an amazing 2000 suction power, so instruction is one of the best that I have seen. I have a British shorthair that sheds a lot and it has picked up all the hairs. I also have three girls which shed more than the cat does and still I havenโt had a problem ๐ -Type of clean โ This model has a Bristle roller and two side rollers. The rubbish it collects stays where itโs meant to. - Battery life โ in this case, the battery life itโs not good enough to vacuum downstairs and upstairs. I live in a terraced three bedroom house, so itโs not that itโs a big house. I think this is due to the robot vacuum not having mapping software, as it uses battery and loses time just going around. -Bin capacity โ I havenโt seen any problems, the size itโs quite standard and it would even last a few days cleaning. On the other hand I personally recommend to empty it either last thing at night or before you start using it on the day. -Remote control- It has a remote with all the functions. It has a return to home/charging base function, a start and stop cleaning, auto clean, around the edges clean, focus on an area clean, a 30 minute timer clean and of course you can direct the vacuum as you wish with right and left and up and down buttons (which I donโt really understand, who would sit there and just remotely control the robot vacuum as if it was a remote controlled car-besides my kids of course ๐๐๐) -App - this model comes with an app but unfortunately my robot vacuum will not connect to it. I have contacted customer services and they have recommended I return as it could be a fault of the unit. This was a feature I really wanted, so returning is really my only choice. At the end of the day you donโt pay the cost of this robot vacuum not to have all the specs available. -Scheduled Keynes โ I think this model can actually schedule the clean through the app. Because I have done a Google search. But unfortunately as I have not been able to connect to the app, I have not experienced this. โ Mapping software โ this model does not have any mapping software so although it cleans really well it will look like a drunk going around your home. - auto charge โ this model will return to home when itโs charging, but it will not resume cleaning afterwards. This means that if he hasnโt, sorry if IT hasnโt finished cleaning you will have to give him the order to do so. -Alexa / Google services compatibility- this model does connect, but as I donโt have either of the services I cannot comment, sorry. -Vacuuming / Mopping - This model vacuums but does not mop. So overall, I would say this is a medium to high range robot vacuum, and in many of its specs its a very good one. I do recommend, as long as youโre aware of its battery life and the fact that does not resume cleaning once charged. Adding a mapping software to it, would improve this robot vacuum a 100% and probably even solve the battery issue. For everything else... This one does a great job and cleans the house pretty well. I tried to keep it and solve the app connectivity, but unfortunately I need to give up on it. Would I buy again? Without the mapping software and how long the battery lasts, no. Would I recommend? As long as all the customers know the good bits and bad ones, it is a very good robot vacuum. Simply not for me. ๐

Is almost a household confidante
Was contemplating a lot on whether to return or not. Had days thinking nah I'll keep it and then the next no VFM. Pros: 1. Does a good job with vacuum and literally no hair left behind on roller. They really got that right. 2. Day to day mopping feature Cons: 1. Frequent mop washing (detergent levels will drop and can only use Eufy detergent which is not available on Amazon) 2. Mop drying time is recommended to be set as standard (5 hours). When you use quick dry which is like 3.5 hours, the next time you try to use it leaves a very smelly floor. I had to redo the floor manually. Electricity consumption as a result. Charging however does not take time. 3. As oppose to what they say, you have to leave a clear floor with no furniture lying about for it to do a thorough clean of the zone/room. If not it avoids the area with a wide margin and at times doesn't even finish the area. 4. It doesn't detect on it's own if there is matter left behind or a deeper stain than normal. If Eufy can take note of the points maybe their next product will be a better improvement but I find no value for money in it's current price. Seller AnkerDirect AE responded to this review and I commend their help. Now I don't have issues in using Eufy products as I was hesitant to keep it after reading up reviews where there was no contact from Eufy. Any others hesitant for same reason in UAE should not be. If I knew earlier about their responsiveness, I would not have returned it as it's a good tool to use if managed effectively.

good quality, but watch out for the apps
i've been using this for a few months now and it's very good. i have mostly wooden floors with a few rugs, and it handles general cleanup and mopping really well. it struggles a little bit in corners and can leave some dirt standing by, but there seems to be a problem with all robot vacuums. Setup was a bit confusing because the app they recommend didn't work very well; it wouldn't pair with the vacuum/ However, I discovered Eufy has a newer app, which worked perfectly. The app controls are nice and it warns you when you need to do maintenance or when the bot is stuck, etc. The station is nice and easy to clean and swap out both the clean and dirty water. the bot does tend to leave a lot of dust in the station that you have to manually clean out, but that's simple enough. Overall, I would recommend it. It's really nice and the quality feels quite good.

Most useful purchase
I really lost count how many months I've had this robot vacuum. I can assure you these vacuums are some of the best things you can purchase. Maintenance is so minimal, and if you schedule the work properly, you'll end up refilling the water once a week at worst (in my case at least). Replacement parts are not that expensive if you know where to look, and those parts last for several months before needing a full replacement. Sure I've had ups and downs the it comes to the AI avoidance; I've lost a vase thanks to it, but honestly I don't mind since it keeps getting updated and maybe soon enough it won't drag on thin cloths. Overall I'm very satisfied with this purchase. The vacuum isn't the best in class, but honestly you don't need an expensive one if this does the same thing.
