Spray vs mist. Spray will be like a hose, more cleaning. Mist would be like a light blanket of moisture. I get the spray to rinse out the allergens.. Cat. If you just have a dry nose, mist. If ya want a cleaning, spray.As for the kid spray vs adult spray, my 6 year old has not seen a difference, but I have. It's way cheaper to not buy the kid version and buy in bulk of the "adult".

I don’t think there is a difference other than packaging. The one for adults says you can use it from infant on up so I have used it for my kiddos with good results.
