Good value
So far so good. I have been using them for almost a week now. No after taste and it seems to be doing everything it claims to. Does help me with some pain relief and sleep quality.

Great to control gout.
I take these to control gout. I have not had a gout attack since starting them, but I also have to limit caffeine and salt. I highly recommend these unless you prefer cherry juice which has sugar. 😊

Experimenting with Forms of Tart Cherry for Sleep
I am 73 and bought this for sleep. It puts me in a deeper sleep, but I still wake up 3 times nightly, perhaps because you have to drink it with 8 oz of water 2-3 hours before bed. (AI says that much water may not be necessary???!!) I had been drinking 4 oz of tart cherry juice and sleeping well, but it negatively impacted my joints probably because of the natural sugar. It also left me a little more drowsy during the day. So, I am next going to try the tart cherry extract drops. These drops only require 2-3 under the tongue which should help me avoid waking for bathroom breaks, and I can adjust the dosage. I see that there are other brands of these capsules that are not as strong. So that’s another choice for alertness during the day. I may consider those in the future if I go back to the capsules. Capsules are so easy for airline travel. I experience no aftertaste and found these easy to swallow. I suffer from silent migraines and prior to using tart cherry was not waking up fully refreshed. The tart cherry seems like a viable solution; so, I will keep experimenting.
