how is it adjustable length?

You could fold or cut the pieces to fit the area you need if they are smaller than the decoration pieces.

Are the Hawaiian flowers already on the whole skirt

mine came with flowers attached to the skirt... i did require the use of additional tape to help the skirt stay up.

How do I get the wrinkles out of the flowers. They are so wrinkled and misshapen that they don't even look like flowers.

Because of the packaging, the petals may be wrinkled. You can flatten them with a thicker book.

So i ordered this and just received it today.. but it didnt come with any other items besides the skirt! Are the othere pieces separate??

Contact the seller - it is supposed to come with the other pieces.
