VERY EFFECTIVE! As someone with motion-sickness but an even stronger issue from POTS (I specif have very low blood pressure and regular fainting episodes) that causes severe, debilitating dizziness. This helps me get in a car without puking my guts up! Gives me back a few "usable" hours instead of laying in bed eyes squeezed shut trying to stop the carousel.This formula did not make me drowsy, but I am a bit resistant to the drowsiness of Dramamine at this point, so def try it on a low-key day first. I'm on my third or fourth bottle of the stuff!!!! <3 <3 <3

Okay so, this stuff REALLY works! AND it’s CHEAP! I usually get really carsick, but when I take this stuff about 30 minutes before I get into a car, it works wonders! The car sicknesses is completely gone!BUT...just like the label says, you get drowsy when you take this stuff! I usually take one pill and after a while, I feel really sleepy to the point where it’s really hard to stay awake but that side effect goes away after a while! It may depend on your weight...!Of course, it doesn’t taste really good but that’s not really an issue! It’s easy for me to swallow with water since it’s a tiny little pill!Other than that, no complaints here!! This stuff works and I’m really glad I found it!

I have Menieres Disease in both ears at 20.5 years old and have had it since November 2012. It causes very random severe vertigo. My ENT that diagnosed me gave me some Valium for my episodes. But living in Michigan near Detroit its not a safe drug to be carrying on me at all times. Even the Michigan Ear Institute doctor put me on dangerous medications that put me in the ER because it was messing up my heart. I have deleted any doctors who prescribe a drug out of my life, gone to a homeopathic doctor and on the Blood Type Diet. Im noticing improvement but I know I won't be completely healed, in the meantime when I don't feel like puking I use this Equate medications. It works great. Only thing that sucks is that it makes me super sleepy. Otherwise I definitly recommend it over buying only 6 pills of dramamine at CVS for the same price.

This is generic DRAMAMINE. I have used Dramamine since I was a little girl and couldn't go anyplace in the car without getting sick. I am much better now, but still need this occasionally as I am not one of those lucky people who can read or really do anything other than look out the window while in the car. Don't take it if you are driving as Dramamine can make you very sleepy. It does work great as an occasional sleep aid, but I wouldn't depend on it.It does taste terrible so don't taste it. Have the water ready, DUH!My only complaint is that the price here is high. It costs less than $5.00 for this same bottle. However, the shelf is often empty because it is such a good price when compared with the non-generic product.
