Maxtek Easel Whiteboard 36 x 24 in, Stand Tripod with Height Adjustable

I purchased this recently and I was really happy with the quality. It's easy to set up, well made and comes with additional items that make it a complete purchase. I really like how easy it is for the legs to slide to the back of the white board for easy storage when not in use. I also like that the legs have numbers on the sides so you can make sure both are adjusted to the same hight - no guess work needed. When I opened the package, there was a dent on the metal frame. The company was very attentive to this concern and practically bent over backwards to make this right. They immediately offered to send me a new one. The dent wasn't a big deal for me in the end and I wanted to keep it. They still provided me a full refund even though I did not ask for one. Only good things to say about this company. They really seem to care about customer satisfaction and the quality of this product. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a nice white board and stand. It's very well made and just the right thing for me.

Easy to assemble, and perfect for teaching. The surface writes and erases smoothly, and the magnetic feature is very useful. Great value for the price.

Love it. Bigger than I expected

I like the product and it works as advertised, but the way it's shipped just invites problems. The first one I received was dented in several places from a simple blow on the cardboard cover. The second has numerous time dents on the rear panel, which luckily didn't show through on the whiteboard front.

Exactly as described; easy to setup and it came with everything you need. Sturdy but lightweight, easy to move and to collapse and store. Excellent value.

It’s exactly what I thought it would be

Easy to install white board, I use it help track my workouts and keep it outside in all types of weather and is still standing strong, the markers that come with it do work but sometimes fade away but come back to it original ink, excellent product would buy again !

Very disappointed with this whiteboard. It arrived missing the screws needed to properly assemble and secure the legs. I reached out about the missing hardware but never received anything, so I eventually had to use my own screws just to put it together. Even after that, the board is extremely unstable and not sturdy at all. It has fallen over multiple times and eventually cracked from falling. For the price, I expected much better quality and customer service. I would not recommend this whiteboard to anyone.

I received my Maytek Dry Erase Board today, and set it up in seconds. It's a little bit heavier than I expected it to be, but given how sturdy it is, it's a very fair trade-off. I work as an independent management consultant, and I bought this whiteboard for my home office, knowing that I can also take it "on-the-road" with me whenever I need to visit a client. I thought I'd have to pay a lot more for a whiteboard of this size, and the fact that it's magnetic (which means I can post notes and memos to it easily) is fantastic. A great buy!

I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. This is one of the best investments I made for my coaching business. It's also help me make writing and reading fun with my 7 year old son. It came on time, well packaged. I didn't need anything extra to build with or purchase. The whiteboard came with the easel, 6 coloured magnets, a magnetic whiteboard eraser and three markers (Red, Black & Blue). Best $85CAD, I've spent all year.

Bought this whiteboard for home tutoring of my toddler. After a few days of use, I noticed a defect on the whiteboard. I reached out to the customer service team and they promptly sent a replacement. Along the line, I got very busy and couldn’t respond to their email on time, they even followed up and ensured that the replacement process was completed. Now I’m enjoying my new board with smooth writing.

Workmanship on products and packaging leave much to be desired. Aluminum frames on two of the clip charts were bent, and bruise marks were on all three, possibly made during transportation. Thin bubble paddings do not provide enough protection. it says a lot about how much the manufacturer/distributor values its products.
