No, this part is for 2005-2009 Mustang GT fascias'.

Does this fit an 07 Mustang V6 Convertible?

It fit my son's 08 convertible. Not sure about an 07.

Can someone comfirm which model this grille is for. The picture looks like a gt grille but amazon says it is for a v6.

It is a V6 bumper lower grille. It will not properly fit a GT bumper. The GT part numer is FO1036114.
