Archer Watch Straps - Seat Belt Nylon NATO Watch Bands

This is one of the smartest looking NATO watch straps I have ever bought!! It's really comfortable, others I have bought in the past haven't fitted so well and it feels very well made!! I would definitely recommend The Archer NATO watch straps. I've tried other cheaper version and they just don't compare. I would definitely recommend it! I love my new strap it looks great all black.

This was my second Archer, having previously bought a black, green and red striped watchstrap in the more usual, standard nylon. Being very pleased with that one, I was interested to try another but in the seatbelt style, having read of its more luxurious feel. The strap is indeed very smooth, soft and silky to the touch. The black version looked like a miniature seatbelt with its sheeny finish. I put the strap on a heavy, steel, Seiko automatic diver's watch. Whilst comfortable on the skin, I soon started to notice that the prong of the buckle was causing the strap to fray and was distorting the eyelet. I stopped wearing it after two days fearing that the strap would get damaged. On closer inspection from the side, the strap appears to be hollow, having a front and a back surface which are joined at close intervals, as shown in my photograph. I am no expert and do not know how the material is made, but it does not seem to be suitable for a heavy watch. I have since bought another black strap in 1.5mm thick, ballistic nylon which feels much more sturdy and the eyelets are not stretching or fraying.

This is for the watch u wear for work. Sturdy and washable. Good.

On the positive - this is definitely the most comfortable watch strap I have ever had, and it looks good as well. On the negative - the material is quite delicate (whatever the Company says) and is prone to stretching both where the point of the clasp goes through the hole, leaving a 'bump' in the webbing, and in the hole itself - which then becomes elliptical. Comparing this strap to a Zuludiver which it replaced, the Zuludiver is both much stronger and much cheaper. I could only, therefore, recommend the current 'Seatbelt Weaved Strap' to someone if ultimate comfort was their absolute priority. Update March 2019: My original review was, I feel pretty accurate - but I have downgraded my rating from 3 to 2 stars as, after some 10 months, the strap has started to fray. It has been worn every day, but otherwise not been 'abused' in any way.

Good strap, comfortable smooth material. Quality fittings and sufficient length and adjustment for most. An upgrade to a standard Timex nato.

Very nice strap, although I've only awarded 4 ⭐'s that's being hyper critical. The material used is excellent, but in my case the desert khaki looks somewhat gold in appearance, partially due to the fact it has quite a sheen to it. This is my only criticism of the strap which is exceedingly comfortable to wear. The seatbelt weave material is without doubt the most comfortable material from which to make a strap. I have a few different watches and I change straps frequently, I have some in silicone rubber, which are fairly comfy, as well as leather, rubber and stainless steel. Also have a couple of regular nato's but comfortable as all these are my seatbelt weave nato's are sublime, especially if you wear your watch for extended periods. Those times when one's wrists naturally swell slightly are when the added comfort of a seatbelt weave nato comes into it's own, it simply isn't an issue. Highly recommended.

Ich habe mir das Uhrenband für meine Moonswatch Mission to Mercury gekauft und das Grau-Schwarz schmeichelt dem Look wirklich hervorragend. Das Band ist dünn, aber nicht zu dünn. Es fühlt sich trotz der Kompaktheit sehr robust an und ich hatte nie ein unsicheres Gefühl damit und es schmiegt sich angenehm an das Handgelenk an.

First off, this is by far the best nato strap in Amazon Canada that is less than $50. I've tried them all: CIVO, Amazon discounted offers, Barton, etc. The texture is literally like a smooth seatbelt; no rough corners, loose thread nor fraying. It's soft and thin. Don't be fooled though, it might be silky smooth to the touch but it sits tightly under the dial. The holes and the sides are carefully heat treated so it doesn't irritate the skin unlike the other brands. It measures 29cm (standard size) which is longer than other brands here in Amazon (I compared it side to side with the CIVO strap on the left) and it sits well on my 17cm wrist. The seatbelt weaving is great too especially for a solid color since it adds a color texture to it when the light hits it. I wasn't sure about this color since I'm not a fan of matching dial and strap colors but I instantly love it. It looks exactly like the product photo (which is unusual for these things). It's a rich royal blue that changes shades depending on the lighting. It pairs really well with my Midsize Omega Seamaster 300 (Blue dial). The original Omega Nato strap is slightly thicker with dual texture and has better metal locks, but that also costs 200USD. The only bad critique I have about this strap is that unlike CIVO and other sellers, this product has no warranty. I can't tell how long it will last but hopefully at least a year. If you're gonna pair it with a heavy dial, it might move around the wrist because of the smooth texture on the skin. Otherwise, all dials should be fine.
