i bought this backpack on may 2023, been using it ever since. This bag can carry A LOT of things and it manages the weight incredibly well. Like i said before, i've been using it everyday since last year, and probably never gave it a break, i'm an over-packer and i usually keep it filled. since it has 4 pockets, i've kept everything pretty much organized. i've taken it to roadtrips, airports, college, work, concerts (i'm a photographer) and it's kept everything in place. i always take with me: my laptop, pencil cases, books, a mini first aid kit, small bags full of chargers or adapters, external hard drives, folders with documents, i've taken a week's worth of clothes, including 2 pairs of shoes, and the bag was great. THE ONLY REASON i'm not giving it 5 stars, is because just one month after hitting the one year mark, it broke at the base. I mean, not even two month in when i first bought it, the inside lining of the middle pocket ripped, and now one of the straps couldn't handle the weight and it almost snapped, now my bag has a hole at the base of the electronics pocket, which means i'll have to replace it, since it ripped the fabric and it's not something i can fiz with a patch or something like that. But I loved it for a year <3

This book bag is very sturdy and great quality. It has tons of room. My daughter carries all of her books (30lb) it is comfortable to carry with its padded straps. the zipper seems very smooth and high quality. The lock and the the charging accessory is nice too.

Very good quality, been using it for several months now and all of the zippers still function perfectly. It is not a super cheap feeling backpack, it is relatively thick material and ive barely got a scratch on it so far. Its got a ton of storage for everything ive needed to put in it so far. I work in construction so this backpack hasn't had an easy life but it has held up great and I've got absolutely no complaints. 10/10!

I have brought this backpack to Europe twice since purchasing and I would highly recommend this! It is lightweight but really durable and I don’t know how but it looks as clean as it was brand new. I can carry my Kindle, two changes of clothing (in case our suitcase gets lost) water bottle, meds, toiletries, small blanket, a pair of shoes, umbrella and more. The mesh holders have NOT torn like you see in other backpacks and the very back pocket is padded for a laptop. And I love the safety lock! I put all my valuables in that section and lock it away. This bag has been on planes, trains, buses, cabs, hotels, and still looks amazing! Great bag! The straps are padded and very comfortable. I’m 57 years old and 5’2” and have packed this bag to the brim.

Arrived on time and as described

Have only used this back pack for one trip/two flights and the stitching in this side seam is coming undone. I reached out to the seller and the offer was a $10 refund. Sorry, but this is defective and not made to last. If this is not the norm for their product I expect a replacement backpack and I will return this one to them, for them to fix instead of me, if they provide the shipping costs. I got no response from the seller on this.
