I bought these to replace the rusted heat shields in my old BBQ and they’ve been great so far. The adjustable length made it really simple to get them sized correctly, and they fit much better than I expected. The porcelain coating feels thick and durable, which gives me confidence they’ll last a good while.I’ve used them for one full season now and there are no signs of rust at all. The quality seems very solid and for the price the value for money is excellent. A great upgrade if your original plates have seen better days.

Easy to fit, comes with clear instructions for use, the 2 plates slide to achieve the required length, just adjust and clamp with the wing nuts and screws provided, each plate is actually thicker than the originals (galvanised mild steel ones on my Aldi dual fuel grill, a Fervor Australian Excellence BBQ....which is actually made in China, the original plates had rusted and were getting very thin, after only 2 seasons' use), BBQ revitalised!

So easy to fit, feels good quality. Worked perfectly for my 3 burner Berkley. Old ones had perished and looked at getting a new bbq. Thought I would give this a go and saved myself a few hundred pounds. Very happy

The BBQ heat plates arrived in reasonably good time (an extra day or two beyond next-day because of Covid-19). They were very well packaged - perhaps even too well! Personally I would have preferred less plastic and more recyclables. Despite the good, tight packaging, the little packet with the screws was open and the screws had spilt out in the box. Irrelevant, but odd and unexpected.The plates seem to be solid and well coated. They are easy to assemble with wing nuts - two on each plate. I expect that after some use, the nuts will rust into place. The plates consist of two sliding pieces so that the length can be adjusted according to your BBQ. Mine is a small 2-burner and the plates fit perfectly. The coating on the plates seems thick and I might expect these plates to out-survive the rest of the BBQ.

I bought these Unicook replacement heat plates for my aging gas grill, and they worked perfectly. The adjustable range from 11.75" to 21" allowed me to slide them to the exact length of my original heat tents.The porcelain-coated steel feels much heavier and thicker (1.2mm) than other aftermarket brands I looked at, which gives me confidence they will last a long time. The included M5 stainless steel bolts and wing nuts made assembly straightforward and completely tool-free. Since installing them, the heat distribution across my grill grates has been more even, and I have noticed a major reduction in flare-ups.
