Not the filter pictured :(
Rating 5 stars so as not to adversely affect the seller ratings, but not thrilled. I realize this is the current p/n and next generation shape. Read below: I was hoping to receive the filter that was pictured, but instead received the newer generation style, which is a larger canister exactly like the Quick Silver (same part number but with a Q). I know they are the same company, but I don't have a filter wrench for the larger QS or the one that shipped, I have a filter wrench that fits the style pictured, which is the filter I am replacing. The filter wrench helps with installation/removal as I cannot see it and I can only reach enough to get only a partial grip by hand. I have a filter wrench for the style pictured (like the style I am replacing), but not for the filter I received. Why did it change!! The bigger question is, why didn't I receive the filter pictured?? Just an inconvenience (as I now have to go purchase a larger filter wrench)

Slightly shorter in height as original
Arrived good times good condition. Same part # as I ordered off original. These 2 filters I ordered are approx 3/4” shorter in height but same width same thread. Just shorter. Use on marine engine Volvo penta 4.3L
