Comfortable & works well for my needs
My CPAP was the greatest thing that happened to me when I received it approximately 7 years ago. However, I recently lost 130 lbs and the size of my neck reduced significantly. I think that's what used to help keep my jaw pushed up while I slept. Now that my huge neck is (thankfully) gone, my jaw/mouth has been falling open while I sleep, and my CPAP has not been working correctly. I have a nose pillow mask and I have been waking up several times each night with a mouth like the Sahara desert because the air was just pushing into my nose and out through my mouth, rendering the CPAP ineffective. I started feeling a lot more tired during the day and was getting notifications on my CPAP that I had a bad mask seal. It was suggested that I get a chin strap to help keep my jaw closed while I slept. I have to say, a lot of the reviews for the majority of the chin straps I have seen on Amazon have not been great. I took a chance on this one and am pleasantly surprised. The material is very lightweight and comfortable. I like the Y-shaped head strap because it keeps it in place all night. In fact, I don't think I would have been happy with some of the other ones I have seen because I feel like they would probably slide around and not be secure, especially since I am a somewhat restless side sleeper. It is adjustable on the side with Velcro but none of that rubs against my face or causes irritation. I was really worried about it feeling restrictive, but I didn't have to make it very tight in order to get it to work. I have been using this chin strap for about a week now and it seems to have solved my problem. It keeps my mouth closed and I'm no longer waking up several times throughout the night. I'm FINALLY getting restful sleep once again.

Excellent for Virtual Reality Gaming
I have a meta quest 3 and recently purchased the head strap from bobo vr, I found that sometimes during gameplay that bending over to retrieve objects didn’t feel so safe because of how the headset would move. This chinstrap solved that issue phenomenally, gives a nice snug fit but doesn’t obstruct any cables. I’m still able to open my mouth and communicate comfortably as well and I would say I have a rather large head so I was quite surprised that the strap allowed for this. I’m giving it 5 stars, I have no idea how well it works for its intended purpose but it worked like a charm for what I needed !

does the job
I've been a snorer my whole adult life. My wife has been very patient about it for the better part of twelve years, but in the last year or two it apparently got significantly worse — bad enough that she started sleeping with earplugs, which honestly made me feel terrible. I use a CPAP machine for diagnosed sleep apnea, but even with it I was apparently still snoring through the mask due to mouth breathing. My mouth kept falling open during the night, which both breaks the CPAP seal and causes that dry-mouth-from-the-depths-of-hell feeling in the morning. My doctor mentioned a chin strap as a simple fix before we looked at other options, so I figured at this price point it was worth a shot. The fit took a night or two to dial in. The adjustable velcro straps give you enough range to customize it for different head sizes, and once I found my setting I marked it so I could just snap it on the same way each night without fumbling. The material is soft — closer to a neoprene or stretchy athletic fabric than anything rigid — and while it felt a little odd the first night, by night three I was barely noticing it. It doesn't press uncomfortably on the jaw and I haven't had any skin irritation from wearing it several hours at a stretch. The results have been genuinely encouraging. Within the first week my wife reported a noticeable reduction in snoring noise, and the dry mouth issue I was waking up with has mostly resolved. My CPAP pressure readings on the app have also improved — fewer mouth leak events showing up in my data, which tells me the seal is holding better through the night. That alone was worth it for me. I'll be honest — it's not a total cure and I don't think any chin strap would be. If I sleep on my back for too long it still breaks through a bit. But as a CPAP companion tool it's doing exactly what I needed it to do. The quality feels solid for the price and it washes easily by hand without losing its shape or elasticity.

Comfortable, Secure Chin Strap That Finally Solved My CPAP Issues
I can’t say enough good things about this chin strap. I was recently put on a CPAP machine and discovered that I breathe through my mouth, which caused significant discomfort and made therapy very difficult. I felt like my body was filling with air, and multiple mask styles did not solve the issue. No one initially suggested a chin strap. I tried another one on my own, but it did not work for me. I must have a funny-shaped head because it kept sliding off, similar to how headbands never stay in place for me. This chin strap has two top straps, and that design made all the difference. It stays securely in place all night. It is thin, comfortable, and fits easily under my CPAP mask without causing pressure or interference. Thanks to this chin strap, I’ve had seven consecutive nights of full rest while successfully using my CPAP machine. That is a huge win for me, especially since surgery was being discussed if CPAP therapy failed. This product truly made a difference.

Broke after 3 months use
It worked great while it was still functional! It was comfy enough, and it really helped with me getting adjusted to my CPAP. However, I went to readjust it, and the Velcro just peeled away from the strap. I was so sad! Most the chin straps feel weird on, but I don’t want to buy another one of these because it didn’t last very long at all for me.

Stretched out doesn't work anymore
I snore to the point where I've unintentionally kicked my husband out of the room. So I'm trying this. Do I look silly? Yes. Is it working? Mostly yes. My husband says the occasional snore will still get through then stop. But it does get very itchy overnight. I feel like my sleep is suffering because of it but it's not awful. Just wake up a bit more throughout the night. Idk it's working mostly but just uncomfortable and kind of itchy Edit: after the third use the steak has stretched out and doesn't work.

Works great, leaves indentions though…
It works! The only reason I can’t give it 5 is because after a while, it started leaving intentions on my head…

Brilliant design
Very handy, configurable design, wouldn't use my CPAP without one of these. In fact I have three so I can have one washing and in case I lose one.

Really helps!
I have been using this to help my night time breathing and cure mouth-breathing. It is great, simple to use. If you have a big head, you might look for a larger alternative as I am using this at its maximum size and it just covers around my head.
