I really liked the smell of this shampoo. It smells natural and clean. It left my hair fluffy and a bit frizzy. I am not sure I can blame the product for the frizz issue because my hair is dry and damaged. The only reason why I deducted one star is because this shampoo didn't lather up that much. I know that some of the shampoos that I use for curly hair do not lather either so that may be a good thing. I really loved the Josh Rosebrook hair cream and I had high expectation for this shampoo. I liked it a lot but not as much as the hair cream. All in all, I would recommend this product. This was sent to me as a part of the Amazon vine program and is provided for no cost but is considered income for tax purposes. My review is my personal assessment of the product and my goal is to give a complete and honest evaluation

I've been struggling with my hair being too oily, or too dry, or too flakey or shampoo would hurt/burn my scalp for the past 8 years, trying different products, from cheap to $30 a bottle and nothing worked until this one. My hair is great now, kind of like when I was a child. Don't forget to buy their conditioner too. Btw, I have fine medium to fine hair. I don't really leave many reviews but I've been meaning to remember to write this one because I really need them to stay in business, they're that good.

Sent two broken bottles, not even an apology and the bottle is only 3/4 full, maybe 2/3. $25 for a little bottle, it had better be full. Poor customer service and poor business practices with bottles that aren’t full. It’s a shame, good product bad service and business ethics.

Maybe a bit of herbal. It seems a bit watery compared to others. Installation/setup: Wet hair, apply shampoo. Lather, rinse. Final thoughts: I used this in the shower and I seemed to use a lot more than I needed to. With my regular big box store brand shampoo, I use about the size of a half dollar in my hand for my long hair. With this I used twice as much and got half the lather. It did work well to clean my hair once I got enough in it, but this is way overpriced to have to use that much. ⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

Josh Rosebrook Nourish Shampoo The black plastic bottle of shampoo, meant for normal to dry scalps, arrived a bit battered looking and the pump was opened. No safety seals or plastic bag, just the bottle of shampoo. The shampoo is thicker, slightly yellow looking, and smelled oddly, but pleasantly, of blended scents – citrus was the one at the forefront. It took a lot of shampoo to create a lather, about three times as much as normal, so the 8 fl oz / 240 ml bottle won’t last as long as you would think, which makes it pretty pricey at $25. No conditioner was needed so the shampoo is moisturizing. Hair felt soft but was weighed down a bit and had less shine than normal, so would only use this when your scalp needs some extra moisture, not every day. Cruelty free and made in the U.S.A. per the brand’s website.

I like the smell of this shampoo that has a top note of a citrus scent and I also smell something very slight that resembles licorice to me. It did not lather much and that’s fine , it did not make my hair feel and actually after shampooing I could even run my hands though my hair (no tangles as with many other shampoos). I like how my hair feels after shampooing light and clean. I dedicated a star because I find the price to be too high for the small amount of product you receive.

Cleans well, even on oily hair. No foam, really good ingredients, doesn't dry out your hair too much. It's a little expensive though. Also the smell is nice and subtle, not too girly or overpowering.

I really do not like the small of this product.
