High end look with an affordable price tag. I have this in the entry way for the kids school bags and foot ball equipment. Very sturdy, assembly was easy, I did it myself and the storage is great.

Nice bench that comes with a cushion, it's handy to be able to sit there and put your shoes on after you take them out of the storage area. Very solid. Assembly was slightly confusing but not hard to get right. Very happy with the purchase, the pile of shoes is no longer visible, and it is a good value. Item was well packed and finish was flawless, no marring or finish imperfections.

Love the end result but would have been much better if it were easy to put together. Baskets, super hard to get the bottoms on and bench, directions were wrong. Easy to figure out how to fix but the instructions definitely leave much to be desired other than being incorrect. The baskets feel kind of cheap also. On a good note, it was delivered super fast and came with all the pieces undamaged. It also feels pretty sturdy. Overall, decent product but if you don't want to do a lot of work, you may want to keep looking.

Arrived in a timely manner, no damage. Relatively simple to put together, the instructions are misleading but it’s all an easy fix. The baskets were ridiculous so we ended up just zip-tying the base to the sides and no one is the wiser. Sturdy; both kids can sit on it at the same time. Bought the white; it was not a pure white but more of a brushstroke white, so a bit more rustic farmhouse but it works well. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

Lots of cheap particle board. Particle board can be okay, but this is cheap. Disappointed with the quality of the bench, and it was annoying to put together. The inserts in the particle board for accepting the screws were damaged in several cases, and similarly the threads were damaged on the baskets as well. It was very difficult to get screws started, and the tolerances were so wide in the bench itself that everything had to be tightened, loosened, moved around, and tightened again several times to get it to fit together. The heads of the small bolts were too large for the wrench they sent with the product, so the baskets were unnecessarily difficult to put together. One of the front-facing pieces of particle board had a chip out of the paint even before putting it together.

I wish I could give this product a 5 star rating. It turned out nice. It wasn't as grey as I expected but I'm still satisfied with the color. The packaging was excellent. No flaws! The instructions were either wrong or they designed parts wrong. In one of my pics I showed where the error was..I had to redo the middle and ends several times to get everything to line up properly. And then I found out that the base was missing two of the metal threads inside the whole so the screws ended up just floating in ther and falling out. I decided to squeeze a bunch of liquid nails in the holes and along the edges so that the bench could still be useable. I really didn't feel like reboxing it and returning it and waiting another two weeks for a new bench. But like I said, it turned out ok in the end. Just poor craftsmanship. I honestly didn't expect perfection but I did expect to have it actually be able to be assembled correctly.

Well, like the other reviews said, you get what you pay for. Ours came slightly damaged as well (see pic), the baskets are all coming unwoven and shedding a lot, and the instructions are wrong (glad I read the other reviews). That being said, it is a good size and cute piece. Baskets are usable (might replace them later). I am keeping it even with the small dent in side as I couldn't find anything close for this price.

This piece looks great in the space we needed it for. It is a heavy duty piece of furniture when assembled. The assembly was relatively easy and all the pieces and parts were included. The baskets came with it and were a perfect fit. The pad came with it too. It would be better if you could get the pad cover off the clean it.
