The product was as described which is why I have given the item 5 stars. The service however could have been more professional and item did not arrive on time.

Too Expensive.
Cute and soft but very overpriced for what it is. I believe the mobile phone is meant to make a noise but the battery in the one we received makes no sound. This was purchased in advance for Xmas and I've only just had a good look at it prior to wrapping. Wouldn't recommend.
