berkley jensen Allergy Relief Tablets, 25mg Diphenhydramine HCI, 600 Count

I’m allergic to everything on the planet and I have to take this all the time! And it can get very expensive and this is very cost effective and its quality. You don’t have to worry about it not being effective and if you’re looking for a sleep aid this will do the trick. Just be careful with operating heavy machinery and driving and if you need to be very alert because this will most likely cause drowsiness. There are very rarely side effects and they are going to happen they always happen to me and I have never had any! I don’t chew them and I don’t recommend it so there is no taste, however sometimes I only take half of one if I need to be more alert but I don’t ever really notice taste but I swallow them quickly but I want to sleep I will take 2 of them for a full night sleep and make sure you drink plenty of water. I have taken diphenhydramine all my life and I swear by it because I do have so many allergies and it’s saved my life! And I have sleep apnea so I can’t take anything else for sleep but this and it’s great for helping me sleep when I can’t.

I also use these Diphenhydramine HCI tablets for other purposes, off label. The same exact medicine at 25mg two tablet dosing is widely used for occasional insomnia and motion sickness. Because antihistamines like this can make you drowsy use them carefully and plan activities accordingly. So ,this is a very handy medication at a great price.

It's benidryl, works great

Works just like Benedryl. It does cause some drowsiness which was expected.
