Why does your add say it comes with 3.3 feet of tubing.. i got mine today and it literally has 3 inches of tubing..

Mine came with the full 3.3' of tubing and I was surprised as I needed less than two inches.

Does the whole pump need to be submerged or just the bottom?

Why so many reviews stating that this is electrifying water? Why is it doing that? I don't want to be electrocuted or to kill birds!! Please explain!

I think someone is doing something wrong with this product, but I haven’t had any issues with electrical issues. As long you set it up, unplugged add the water and then plug it into the outlet, this is done not because it’s dangerous, is to make sure that the water pump doesn’t get damaged. No harm for the birds! Birds are safe drinking water from it. You just have to keep adding water so the water pump doesn’t get damaged( running it with out water will damage it) If you have couple birds, you definitely need to add more water more continuously. If you want to clean the whole fountain, make sure that you unplug it first, after it’s completely unplugged you can clean it, set the pump in, add fresh water and then plug the fountain. I hope this is helpful.
