The knee brace you wear should address the problem(s) you have. This one works perfectly for me and my "runner's knee" and mild arthritis. It exerts just the right amount of alignment & pressure on my patellar tendon while also providing good lateral support. My first one lasted about 5 years during 2-3 sets of tennis 3 days a week. I just purchased a new one because the old one was becoming stretched out and slipping down while playing. A very good product.

Fit runs a bit smaller. It bunches behind my knee pretty bad,but that's expected from a sleeve. It's not really as breathable as I expected it to be. But overall, it's a decent knee brace

This knee brace gives decent support, and the material feels pretty comfortable, but the fit is just okay. It stays on and helps a bit with stability, but it is not as snug or secure as I expected. It still works for light activity or everyday use, just not a perfect fit for me.

I seldom rate products unless they are very good or very bad. The NEENCA Knee Brace is EXCEPTIONAL. This is the first flexible knee brace I have found that provides excellent support and comfort during physical activities. It has made a significant difference in my comfort level and enables me to resume our hiking trips with confidence. This is a definite must-have for anyone seeking reliable knee support during active pursuits.

I have softening of the cartilage under the knee cap from sports, chondromalacia. I feel pain if I hike or walk too much. I feel the greatest pain after an hour of zumba, which is probably one of the worst activities for my knees, however, I can prevent the pain by using these knee pads. I wear them on both knees even though one knee is "worse". I have slender legs and knees, a female, 135 lbs, and the Medium fits well. I wash them by hand regularly. Years ago, I bought one from a well-known brand, however, they aren't available anymore. Also, to prevent discomfort, I wore them on a long 10 hour flight. The performance is excellent for the price!

球技をやっていて、膝を痛め某有名メーカーのサポーターをはめてやったのですが、いまいち効き目がなく、二重にしたりと試行錯誤したのですが、やはりいまいちで、ネットで探していたら試してみたいと思い、この商品を購入しました。 数ヶ月使用していますが、酷くなってもないですし、プレー中に痛いということがなくなりましたし。とてもいい商品に出会いました。 値段も高値ではないので、次回必要となった時はまた購入したいと思っています。

Saw someone else wearing one, who said it was good. Thought this was 'overkill' at first but excellent product - support, stays in place, not too tight, etc.
