Trust me it's just a small fan no taller than a standard 12 inch ruler. But it puts out some good air. So the base is small.

How power full? Can this produce a breeze to help dry a shower about five feet away?

No, it is not strong enough for that type of use. This is designed as a personal cooling fan…I use it at work and it is great!

Can you feel the air blow at 3ft or further at any setting?

Yes. I use medium and I am at least 5 feet away. The high would be very strong.
