I love Amy's soups and have tried many varieties. This Thai Coconut Soup is now one of my favorites. It almost mimics Burmese spicy coconut soup so I added low sodium organic chicken broth, noodles, soft boiled eggs, chunks of cooked chicken and made a quick meal out of it. Yes, I know it's Vegan but I'm not, haha! I stopped ordering this soup in Thai restaurants because I prefer this soups with good ingredients with no bad oils.

Absolutely delicious but not vegetable rich like most of Amy's Soups. Wonderful for a light meal or with another side dish. I love it when I need a comfort food for my tummy.

Flavored Water
This soup is flavored water, pure and simple. This may be “inspired by” Thai cuisine, but there is no restaurant on the planet that would serve something like this, it is just water, and the softest of soggy vegetables imaginable. I’m sorry, but this product is completely unacceptable.

Just Good Soup says it all. Good flavor and good ingredients but about the flavor was kinda thai tasting and nothing impressive to make us want to reorder.

Love this soup but it's expensive! Don't need dented cans too.
Love this soup but dented cans are a safety issue. I ordered canned pineapple and over half were dented
