I was excited to try them and was not disappointed. I could tell the difference the first day. I have had frequent bladder infections and this is exactly what I needed to help prevent them.

These did seem to work pretty well. I was taking 2 capsules at night and really felt like the bladder irritation or infection I had was going away. I was also taking apple cider vinegar for another reason. After about 5 nights of this combination I woke up one morning last week with symptoms that caused me to think I had cyclosporiasis. It was pretty bad but then it stopped so I began to look into everything I was taking. Turns out all of the ingredients in this formula as well as the ACV are very acidic so I was ingesting the perfect storm. I'm now back to taking this but only one capsule a day with food and no ACV to see if I can tolerate it as I still feel I need it for my bladder. So I would say use with caution and be aware of diarrhea as a possible effect. I'm just so relieved it wasn't cyclosporiasis!
