I put this in my Dell lal top all by myself. What a big boy. I did find out they don't work unless they are plugged in correctly. Easy fix. Works Great.

I was a bit concerned with the fit but it works for my hP pro book 450g2. Initially I didn’t think the battery was holding charge but it turned out the battery was just dead although plugged in it said 64% but overall it works well.

I was very skeptical in purchasing an off brand battery for my HP Pavilion laptop but have been using my adapter for way too long, I finally took the plunge because my original battery was toast. When I received the battery, I took both the original and this one side by side and it looked identical for the most part. I then went to snap it into place and although the original was a smoother fit, this one clicked in after I aligned it perfectly. For a split second I thought maybe it wasn't going to fit because it was a little tighter than the original. Not tighter like I had to shove it in, just a big more snug. I put it in, then snapped it out to make sure I could do it again, like I wasn't trying to force it in, and it went in again no problem. I've had it for a few weeks and it holds a charge and I am a free woman to use my laptop without the adapter plugged into the wall (although I am still in a habit, haha!). I would highly recommend purchasing this battery if you need one for your laptop. It works, no problems so far. I'm happy with my decision. ***UPDATE *** It has been 4 years since I purchased my battery & it has worked great, holds a charge, no problems so far! (Nov 2, 2022)

Battery simply just not hold charge. My PC had its original battery that lasted for around 10 years, at last it could only hold charge for around 30 minutes. As I usually work with this PC with a plug around so can charge it, it wasn’t very much trouble, as it has a 17.3” screen, it is more comfortable to go around with a small tablet, but as I was going to take a trip out of the country, I thought it was a good idea to buy a new battery, mainly because the big screen is good to watch movies while, like when traveling. Wrong mistake to take this very item. I usually check the basics when buying in Amazon, never had a complain. But this time, even this item wasn’t delivered properly and I had to go around the neighborhood looking for the houses the looked similar to the picture that was send as a proof that the item was delivered. The people were nice, as I knock several houses by the time I got the right one, I shown the info about the amazon mistake and that was my name on the product and they gently gave me the item. Not a big trouble. Got the battery 2 days before the trip. I changed the battery, turn on the PC while plug, the and in a few minutes read that had some energy, as I though it hasn’t been charged, turn it off, threw the old one and let it charged for a about 2 hours, got all pack. While outside of the country, I tried the PC without the plug, it does not hold any second the power to even turn any light. My mistake was to not try it without the plug (AKA connected to the power grid), I threw the old battery and the packaging. I can return it until September 8th 2026 but I will be back in the country by early November, so I can send it back for refund after the date and my money is wasted, now I have to buy another battery, mainly because I threw the old one :/ If there is someone that knows what I can do, please let me know. PD: Do now threw old parts until been really sure that all is OK.
