Just purchased 2 pairs of these "arm sleeves" - green & white - they are very impressive. The look and feel great, very comfortable and a good fit. The size guide is spot on. Tricky for me because I have small wrists & fairly short arms with quite large biceps(too many press ups!) but the large size fit well and provide compression as well as keeping your arms cool. Love the style & colours but he main thing is that they "do what its says on the tin" - really impressed with them so far. I'd use them in colder weather too but I guess they are not designed to do both jobs. Even so, they'll be far better than just short sleeved shirt. I don;t tend to cycle in really adverse conditions tbh.

Very good. I use it as sun protection when driving.

Use these to compress arthritic elbow and an old triceps injury during cycling, fits great and complimented my team jersey perfectly

I went with the measurement recommendations and I should have known at that point. For my wrist the smallest size was best (though still large) but my biceps fell into the XXL category. I went with XL so it won't cut circulation but hopefully still get some compression around my elbow. The only place where I actually get compression from those sleeves is at my biceps. Elbow none, tiny bit around my lower arm. If I double fold it, it is a bit better but still feels like a joke. You may now think I am a big man with huge arms but I am a 5'2 woman who regularly lifts. I bought this because I have ulnar nerve inflammation (elbow) in the third trimester of pregnancy. I sure am athletic but I am not Johnny Bravo. So maybe this sleeve is mostly made for people doing endurance sports or have slender arms, but not for us beefcakes.

Absolute life saver. I was sceptical to get these for my cross the UK ride but as it turned out I wore them the entire time. I was riding during the recent heatwave, temperatures up to 30 C and these were amazing. I was out in the sun from 7.30am until 3.00pm every day and not once did I need to use any sunscreen on my arms. Additionally, they did exactly what they promised and actually kept my arms feeling cool. None of that feeling that your arms are burning, no messy sunscreen. 100% these were probably the best investment I made for my ride and I wouldn't go out in the sun without them.

Nicely supportive on the upper arm just slightly loose on lower arm/wrist.It feels nice and cooling.

Great fit. Glad I used the size guide and measured properly. Good uv protection in Qld sun and don’t even know I’ve got them on unlike some previous brands that roll down or are too tight
