I drink this on a regular basis mixed with Wow Liquid Iron and it has made a big difference helping to keep my iron in the normal range. I only like the raspberry flavor which pairs well with the iron raspberry flavor. It mixes well and dissolve easily in cold water. No side effects or negative reactions. I like that it comes in packets so it’s already measured out and you can take it with you when you’re on the go. I think it also helps with my energy level so I will continue to take it

I love this stuff. I have a grandchild and she seems to constantly bring home colds, but as long as I take this and some vitamin D&K, I don’t get sick. I forget to take it for a week and did get a cold. So, I have made this a daily ritual. I think it tastes pretty good too.When I go to the gym, I mix a packet of this in with LMNT. It makes a pretty good sports drink.

Tasty powder o it helps me take my Vit C everyday as I take other supplements I have to swallow. I like to let it dissolve in mouth with little swigs of water.

My sons and I drink this every morning! It is great for your immune system. We hardly ever get sick if even at all. It’s easy to use because it’s just a power that dissolves in water and tastes like a juice. There are several flavors but our favorite is raspberry.

Price is all over the place with hefty vacillations. Big words for an old lady, but geesh, sometimes a great deal, sometimes reasonable, sometimes laughable. Flavor is yummy once you get use to it. Not a strong full bodied flavor or berries, but I get past it for Vit C and hydration benefits. Find it more enjoyable adding it to other beverages like coconut water. Dissolves well without clumping. Just holding back a pretty star for the inconsistent pricing issues

The raspberry hides the vitamins flavor the best!! I didn’t realize THIS VERSION CONTAINS ZINC and I’m allergic to it. However, it’s still a top notch product/that was on me. I gave it to a friend and she was thankful. This size is good value for the money and it’s easy to mix with the water. Highly recommend (if you aren’t allergic to anything in it)!

Perfect to support

Tastes great, in convenient one portion sachets, great for travelling and on the go. I mix one sachet into a glass of cold sparkling mineral water, makes for a great, healthy, low calorie "sweet" drink to satisfy sweet cravings. Have tried both this one and the acai berry, they are both good!
