Why did you choose this product over others?: Amazon was very good at replacing my first item as it was missing the jug lid. This jug blender is excellent and very good quality, I'm very happy that I can use it to crush ice. Just make sure you tight well the part at the bottom, bcos I saw the other reviews about leaking, but it's not the case. Value for money: It is worth to pay a bit more, and last longer. (although this one was in sale) Durability: It is a good quality product

This is a great product no doubt. However, it would be nice they considered usability with wet hands. Could get to operate the knob with wet hands, which is like 100% of the time while using it.

This is one of the products which you wonder if the designer has ever used. I put fruit in the jug to pulverise and nothing happened. I checked the mains and that was ok. After much fiddling around, I eventually discovered that there is a micro switch in the power unit that prevents it from working until the jug unit is rotated and in the correct position. Unfortunately the instructions do not mention that. It did a good job of pulverising the fruit. My previous blender had a plastic jug which I think was far better because the blades were incorporated into it. It is too late to return it to Amazon for a refund but I would not buy this model again.

I am so pleased with this blender. It is really sturdy and remains in place on the worktop without sliding. The glass jug is quite heavy but it's great as not thin and plastic. It is easy to clean and the glass jug removes with a quick turn, easily after use. I am so pleased with this that I have kept it on my worktop instead of putting it in a cupboard with other items.

Very nice quality! I'm using it almost exclusively for protein powder smoothies, so they're thick and have a fair amount of frozen fruit. My smoothie is done blending in maybe 30 seconds. Not too loud. Secures to the counter with suction cups.

It takes a little getting used to slotting it on to base. Liquid went straight through on my first attempt. Quite heavy if anyone has weak wrists. But it blends very well and easy to clean

I use it usually with tomatoes, it’s very good and the build quality is pretty good. Only two problems: 1- it’s very loud and noisy. 2- a UK adapter will be needed as it came with UK socket.

Apparently good brand , but the blender jug broke while in use. Bad customer service, and hard to get in contact with.
