Easy to use and intuitive to operate. Just the thing to do the winter tyre top up. Avoid annoying queues at the gas station, fumbling for change and finding pumps out of order. When using for the first time, I had all 4 tyres topped up in less than 10 minutes. Super easy with the clear readout of pressure and auto cutoff after set pressure has been reached! Also has attachments for bike tyres and the kids balls and other inflatables. Excellent value for money…highly recommended!

I got fed up having to pay 50p/£1 to top up air at a petrol station so bought this. Brilliant bit of kit and very easy to use. Just plug into 12v and it works it's magic. I just leave it in my boot for routine top ups or emergencies.

Really useful little device and at a great price. It is very simple to use and does the job very well. Mainly use it to inflate my car's tyres but it comes with adapters so you can technically use it to inflate a variety of different objects. The inflation speed is not super fast, but about on par with bigger commercial devices you can find at fuel stations. It does make quite a bit of noise, but that is also as expected. It's small enough to fit pretty much anywhere in my car. Whether in the boot or even under seats. The main issue seems to be durability. While mine did last me over a year, I did not use it very often so I would say it probably broke after me using it for the fifth or sixth time. My particular issue was that it would no longer turn off, so technically it was still useable, however I would have to plug it in and out in order to use it which doesn't feel great and it may end up breaking even more. HOWEVER, it's definitely worth pointing out that AstroAI has a fantastic support and they were very quick to apologise for the inconvenience and send out a new device to me completely free of charge without me even having to return the broken one. So given that I decided to keep my review overall still mostly positive. It does come with a warning to not use it for more than 10 or 15 minutes continuously and while I did do quite a bit of inflating, I don't think I came close to this limit (I was aware of it and was taking care not to have it run for too long), unless it also includes time the device was plugged in but not inflating (as I had to move it around my car to inflate all the tyres which took a bit of time). Definitely worth being careful about this as this may have been the issue that lead to my device malfunctioning, so going forward with my replacement I will be taking more breaks between inflating different tyres if I have to inflate multiple ones and if a lot of air is needed.

This was recommended to my by a work colleague who has bought several to keep in each of his cars. It is compact but has a long power lead and inflated tyres quite quickly. Nice feature is the auto switch off when it reaches the preset tyre pressure. Easily stored in car boot due to compact size. I was so impressed I bought 2 more to keep in each car.

I’ve tested this inflator on two different cars, and overall I’m pretty happy with it. The display is bright and clear, although it’s positioned right under the air hose, which means it can get in the way a bit during use. One thing I really like is the locking system. It uses a chuck that seals quickly, so you don’t lose much air when connecting or disconnecting it, unlike some inflators that need to be screwed onto the tyre valve. It also seems fairly sturdy. That said, it’s clearly not the fastest inflator on the market. It took about 1 minute to go from 185 to 230 kPa, but at this price point, that’s not really surprising. It’s also very, very light, surprisingly so. That has both pros and cons: it makes the inflator easier to handle, but it also tends to roll sideways while in use. It’s difficult to keep steady on its plastic legs. A clear downside, and the main reason I’m taking away one star, is the power plug. It’s difficult to secure properly in the cigarette lighter socket and tends to disconnect. I experienced this in both cars, so it seems to be an issue with the connector itself, which does look rather cheap. The unit as a whole feels a bit cheap too, since almost everything is made of plastic except for the hose. That’s another reason why it’s so light. Still, the price matches the quality, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise. It would only be a real problem if this were sold as a premium product, which it isn’t, but I still think it’s worth mentioning. Overall, I’m quite satisfied so far. It’s far from perfect, but considering the price, it does the job well. Now let’s see how long it lasts.

Set it and forget it — that is honestly the best way to describe this tire inflator! I had read a few other reviews before purchasing and was a little skeptical about the build quality, but I am happy to report that those concerns were unfounded. This unit has been holding up great and has impressed me with its durability and performance. I keep it in the trunk at all times and it is ready to go whenever I need it. Just plug it in, set your desired PSI, and let it do its thing. It shuts off automatically once the target pressure is reached, so there is no need to stand there watching it. Easy, fast, and reliable. If you were on the fence because of some of the negative quality reviews like I was, do not let them put you off. Mine has been solid and I have had zero issues. A great tool to have in any vehicle. Highly recommended!
