Candles were working smoothly for 3 months.when the filtering became very slow contacted the customer care and the customer executive Darshana was very helpful in solving the problem by giving immediate replacement The filter is functioning smoothly I have no hesitation in giving the product and the customer service 5 star rating

This is not functioning properly. Filtration stops as and when water-level dips only about two inches below from the tip of the candles. How can it be helped?

At first it worked like a charm, it filtered water at faster rate, down the line for 3 weeks and not even single drop of water is getting filtered, white candles are way way better than this carbon nonsense and those ceramic onces are wayyyyyyy cheaper

Received a defective product but realised it only late after using it for few days .. it’s filtering nearly little more than half of the can. Which means candle is not filtering completing.

I am using this filter past 4 yrs and its very impressive. It can change the water taste also which is amazing. It is powerful and removes the dirt and odour from the water. All due to the carbon filter candles. Only care is to clean the candle and rub the surface using your hands once in a week and dont use scrub or any other hard material to clean the candle surface. The candle life can last upto 1.5 to 2 yrs.

Have been using this product earlier too. - First pair bought in Feb-2019 - Second pair bought in Jan-2026 Note: First couple of days the Filter doesn't work properly and water passes through at speed. After 7-10 days speed slows down to Normal & Filtration quality increase from Bad to Good.
