Ketone for days!! Mix with water flavors no sugar types wow!

My diet and fitness routine has never been better, thanks in part to this product. I used this for kick-starting ketosis. I was up and running in verified ketosis in a day, with my ketone levels measuring at 40 mg/dl (4.0 mmol/dl). This product has made staying in ketosis a breeze. At one point, I screwed up and I was nearly kicked out of ketosis, but a half teaspoon of Bulk Supplements Magnesium BHB mixed into a cup of water had me right back into verified ketosis, literally within an hour or two of drinking it. This product also makes Carb Cycling super easy. I spent nearly five years denying myself foods like bread and pasta and french fries, because I thought that's what it took to live a low carb lifestyle. Now, once I finish my weight loss goal ( I had some weight gain during the covid drama) , I can use this product to "cycle carbs" on high intensity training days by enjoying a sensible amount of carbs for several days per week coupled with higher intensity physical training. Then, supplementing with BHB to jump back into ketosis for 4 days per week while limiting my carb intake. Going back into ketosis is no longer such a cumbersome and tedious ordeal. Feeling like I had to quit high carb foods altogether felt like I was shackling myself to a ball and chain. High quality, affordable bulk BHB, along with Carb Cycling, sensible eating and a good exercise routine means that I can enjoy great health and great food. The future looks brighter already!

Product worked as intended for helping start with keto, it has a more neutral taste than sodium bhb. Be aware that magnesium can cause your stools to be loose. It’s a laxative. Another great priced product from BulkSupplements.

Basically has no flavor. VERY slightly salty mineral flavor. Pretty mild. BONUS -- pretty much every other brand I've tried has this super weird plastic texture when you drink it. It's hard to describe -- this brand doesn't NOT have that texture. Makes it MUCH easier to swallow. .... Yeah it's not flavored. That's a good thing. I think the flavor is what gives those other brands such an awful drinking texture. The saltiness is so mild if you add this to almost anything, you can barely tell it's there. All that for half the price as competition! Neat!

After going around in circles on diet and eating, I realized my body handles a low card, wholefoods diet with clean ingredients and protein with moderate fats. While getting back in the swing of things, I decided to give this product a try to get me quicker in Ketosis. I’m not a huge chase deep Ketosis person, all the time, as I do not want to sacrifice sleep. Anyway, this product taken with my matcha tea in the morning, seems to be doing the trick. I also get a boost of energy without the jitters. I have not monitored my ketones after taking this but the extra urination may be a sign of what’s happening on the inside. Plus, for the price, this was worth trying. Not much detected flavor. And it dissolves very well in my matcha.

THIS PRODUCT IS ADVERTISED AS HAVING TWO INGREDIENTS : BHB and Magnesium. I have used multiple types of magnesium for many years. NONE of them caused me chest pain. I USE MAGNESIUM DAILY AND PURE MAGNESIUM PRODUCTS DO NOT CAUSE ME TO HAVE CHEST PAIN. Recently I got a cheap version of Magnesium hydroxide, that caused me to have chest pain, ALTHOUGH THE COMPARABLE AMOUNT OF MAGNESIUM HYDROXIDE in Milk of Magnesia DID NOT. I contacted that company and asked for more information, and they did not reply. This MAGNESIUM BHB does not specify which form of magnesium it contains. I put some of this in capsules and took one, and began having chest pain within a short time. CALCIUM has caused me to have arterial spasms in the past, and the pain I had after taking this was consistent with that, but persisited for about 3 days. So I contacted the company for more information, about 5 days ago, with NO reply so far. I am very displeased with the lack of response from Bulk Supplements, and I strongly suspect that this product is manufactured with either a magnesium that is contaminated with calcium, or POSSIBLY just calcium and not magnesium. I also did research and BHB promotes calcium uptake, which may explain why the pain lasted for days. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. Many of bulk supplements product come from China, and may not be as thoroughly tested as they should. I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PRODUCT and the LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I use this as part of a blend with salt substitute and baking soda (1/2 teaspoon of each). I do it half way through ladder play or open play for pickleball and it pretty much revitalizes me.

It's nice. Initially made my stomach upset. But once got used to it it's 👍
