I share a room in our office building with 3 people. I am by a hot window, but the A/C vent was in the corner blowing only on a coworker who had to wear a parka and mittens. So we ordered this diverter and installed it easily ourselves. Now all the air blows on me keeping me nice and cool and the person sitting under the vent feels perfectly comfortable. Problem solved!

The diverter works perfect and I’m no longer cold at work. However paying $20 for shipping makes the item not affordable for all.

I bought these for the vent above my office chair and the vent above where my clients sit while in the office. I was having issues with my neck and shoulders getting cold and aching when the a/c unit would kick on as would my clients. I noticed a difference right away after installation!The size and color were perfect.I struggled to install them since they are very sturdy plastic and not flexible. It took me about 8-10 minutes per vent since I had to angle the unit and then wedge it in.

I have asthma and needed something to divert the air blowing in my fave constantly. I was staying sick at the office. This is worth the price. Maintenance just popped it in the ceiling for me. Super easy and lightweight. I recommend.

It gets the job done but it is really expensive for a simple molded piece of plastic. I probably could have made something just as effective out of cardboard and packing tape it just wouldn't have looked as nice.
