Great, inexpensive epsom salt and makes my room smell amazing!

Good product great price.
While there's no evidence epsom salts help with healing they do hold heat which keeps your bath hot longer which is very therapeutic, and they increase buoyancy taking the weight off of the submerged parts of your body allowing hurt limbs to rest more easily during your soak. These particular salts have a pleasant odor and came at a lower cost than the others. Highly recommend.

I bought these salts for my husband to try since he's always complaining that he hurts. He said it makes a difference! He feels better after a soak in the tub in these Epsom Salts. That's great! So I ordered 3 more!

Soothing to sore muscles
Epsom salt baths have been helpful to relieve my muscle tension, decrease minor joint pain, and promote relaxation. The magnesium and sulfates contained in the salt seems to replenish and sooth my body, while the warm water with the epsom salt itself helps me to relax. The package is somewhat small, but allows me to get at least 15 baths from using the Epsom salt.
