We use this when we are sick to cut down on how long we are sick for. It works really well. We take it with zinc so we get good absorption. Easy to take , no bad smells, nice and smooth. Quality ingredients for a fair price.

I cannot be without this supplement for very long when I run out or I will suffer from inflammation in the joints and feel stiff and sore. I have tested this and know that this product helps me tremendously with joint pain.

My allergies is non existent when i have this in stock . As i feel a sniffle coming on i pop one of this along with my zinc .and its handled

Helping with my issues with my chronic UTI’s and bladder issues due to Fibro and Menopause too. Only thing is this is combined with another supplement I am taking for the Fibro and not sure if this by it self would smell better or worse, but the combo make my urine smell really bizarre kind of like Asparagus urine but not. So it could be the combo with this & NOW FOODS Alpha Lipoic Acid and/or a B-Complex I had already been taking. But I will take the weird for not being as sick as I was a couple weeks ago. I also started using a hospital grade wash for just my Urethra because no matter if I don’t take baths or even if I always wipe the right way, wear 100% cotton undies..I was still getting UTI’s too often and having burning urination more days then not, and bladder soreness too, which can also be IC, so this helped a lot. This supplement and the Alpha Lipoic are the only new supplements I started, so it appears to be the combo giving me relief but the ALA does not do that all on it’s own for me. I heard adding Resveretrol (excuse my spelling on any words my spell check is messed up), will help even more but I can’t add a third supplement just yet $$$.

Lo empece a usar porq oi q la quercetina sirve para las alergias, me ha ayudado en muchas cosas, en disminuir considerablemente urticaria, antes padecia muchas infecciones urinarias ahora ya no tengo, hizo q un cuadro de gripe fuera mas leve, no tuve q tomar antibioticos y lo q mas me ha gustado es porq tengo una enfermedad autoinmune y despues de 6 meses continuos de uso la inflamacion caracteristica de las enfermedades autoinmunes esta en los rangos normales! Sin tomar medicinas como inmunosupresores o corticoides. Tambien mi hermana tuvo dengue y desde el dia 2 de sus sintomas le di 2 capsulas cada dia y le fue muy bien, se recupero a la semana y sin complicaciones
