Hope these last longer than the factory bulbs. So far so good.
The factory bulbs didnโt last. Hope these are better. They are nice and bright.

Excellent Base 1156 LED replacement
Our landscape pathway lighting uses 1156 lightbulbs. We have these on 6 hours a night...and the incandescent version typically needed to be replaced yearly, and cost $76/year to run. These deliver more light, better quality light, should last many years, and cost $8/year to run. Form factor - yes, they are slightly taller, but they fit in our "mushroom shape" path lights with plenty of room to spare. Oh, and if we were starting from scratch, we could have way downsized our transformer....more cost savings.

Perfectly good product
Not 3watts as stated. Draws 177milliamps off a bench power supply at 12.0v = 2.124 watts. ...Wattever! Color temperature is 'warm' - pleasant, seems as described. CRI looks ok (don't have tools to measure) They clearly have a buck converter internally; ramping up the voltage (e.g. 15v, 18v) reduces current draw (this is good) No complaints apart from "not actually 3 watts" but that's marketing.

Bulbs that last
These bulbs are great if you are tired of changing burned out bulbs in your landscape fixtures, these bulbs are for you. Good color and provide good light. I have used these in all my fixtures. They donโt require a special transformer.

Excellent 1156 replacement bulbs
Well made and sturdy, exact 1156 base fit, these LED replacement bulbs are almost the exact same height within approx. 1/64" taller than the original incandescent bulbs, these LED bulbs put out a great amount of light without any heat/staying cool compared to the original incandescent bulbs which get very hot

Good lighting but short life.
These seem to last 3mos. to a year in outdoor path lights that burn 8 hours per night. (Update) I have now had some last longer, up to 2 years + but I am not seeing anywhere near the bulb life claimed by the manufacturer. They do last longer than the 1156 incandescent bulbs they replace.
