So I’m giving them 5 stars because they are a really good product and easy to use. It’s a lot better than having to make your own frozen ones or even make them out of diapers. But personally I didn’t really need them, I was actually more uncomfortable with the cold feeling. But I like how you’re able to load up all the other products they offer ontop of it. My only complaint is how bulky they are. But I ended up only using a couple and agave away the rest to other postpartum moms I have in my life and they loved them. So overall a good product, just isn’t for everyone.

This was the only thing that helped me feel better post delivery. Stock up and make sure to ice for a smoother recovery!

A god-send for after natural birth. Load up on them and place them in every bag, every bathroom. Hospital ones don’t even remotely compare and I promise they’re worth every dime.

Feel reliefe after giving birth and lasts long

I recently used the Frida Mom 2-in-1 Postpartum Pads after giving birth, and overall, they were a great addition to my recovery. While they are a bit on the expensive side, I found that when I did need them, they were incredibly helpful. The combination of absorbent perineal pads and the instant cold therapy packs provided much-needed relief. The cold therapy felt soothing, and it was so nice to have everything in one pad. My only issue was that the cooling effect didn’t last as long as I would’ve liked, so I had to switch them out a bit more frequently than expected. I didn’t end up using all of them, but the ones I did use made a big difference during my recovery. If you're willing to splurge, they’re definitely worth trying!

These actually get ice cold and they have a sticky strip on the bottom so it doesn’t move in your underwear

These are an absolute must for postpartum care. The pads are simple to use and are quick cooling comfort.
