Purchased as back ups for my ceiling fans. Less expensive than lowes or home depot. So just put them in a draw until you need them. I tried to replace them with LED, these last about a year if you use the light daily. Compared to LED they don't last as long but if you need light they are much better and dim easier no flicker. So I'm sticking with halogen until better replacement comes along.

I get so tired of all the LED lights nowadays and these are a halogen with filament style light. They are the exact right size. They are well built and very functional and sturdy. The price was basically the same as an LED light and the halogen is much more pleasant to use. This is dimmable and I believe is exactly the color it said it was. I have not had one of these new bulbs burn out yet but according to the package if you use it 3 hours a day it should last Almost an entire year. In my house I do not use the lamps this much so I expect them to last quite a while.

3 bulbs went out simutaneously. Went to Big Box Building store and one bulb was $9.97. To save money, I checked on decreasing wattage to 75 watts - price $9.57 per bulb. Outrageous. I would prefer to use a flashlight! Your offer gave me 4 bulbs for about the price of one at Big Box Building store. !!! Thank you for a fair price. Cannot comment on longevity yet.

Needed this bulb in a ceiling fan. Only wish it was a daylight bulb.

Works as they should. While installing make sure you don’t touch the bulb directly since our finger prints can cause the bulbs 💡 to burn out prematurely I’ve been told. I like their daylight lighting. I don’t think they generate much heat to speak of. Good value for the money.

Light went on. Used a plastic glove, rather than my grubby hand when installing, so should get a long life out of these.

Bought it in April for use in my Office. Gets used maybe 2-3 hours a day. All 4 bulbs have now burnt out in less than a year, so the life hours of 1000 provided on the box is very misleading.
